Chapter seven

Keslie

I finally pulled into the desolate town of Milford, Utah. It felt like it took 10 hours but it was only 2. I got to the fairgrounds and set up stalls on the right side of the trailer for the horses, I unloaded them and let them all loose except for Montana cause I'm putting ice boots and my bot blanket on him to make sure he's good for tonight.

I was brushing Montana when I felt Haze grab my waist. "Hey cowgirl!" He said, "Hey cowboy!" I replied, "You got here early for being at the rodeo last night." I said, "Yeah I slept for 3 hours then drove the rest of the night." He responded "I'm glad you came early!" I said as he found my sweet spot a little bit lower than my ear. "Mmmm..." I moaned, he stopped soon after and let go of me and helped me with my stuff.

I put my bot blanket on and ice boots then got the other two and I rode Dakota and Haze rode Oklahoma and we went for a little bareback trail ride.

"It's beautiful!" I said when we made it to the lake. "I know! My views even better!" He said while we got off the horses. "Oh I know!" I replied as he picked me up and hopped in the lake. We both surfaced laughing, he grabbed me and pulled me close. Before I knew it we were kissin.

I felt his hands run down my waist to my thighs. He slowly moved them back up and held them on my butt for a little then back up to my back pushing me into him more.

I pulled away, but was swept back in his loving arms.

"Who goes there!" A man yelled, "Let's get outta here!" I said, and we went to the horses and hurried back to the fairgrounds.

I hopped off my horse and tied him up and Haze did to, "What do you say we have a little party tonight after we finish?!" Haze asked me, "I'm down! Can I ask Jacey if she wants to come with Weston??" I asked him, "Yep! Tell them to meet back here after their done." He responded, "Okay! Love ya cowboy!" I said as he walked back to the chutes.

I let the two horses loose and saddled up Montana. I put on my Kelly Cactus tack set from DRE and my black boots and bell boots.

I was second to run but I wanted to watch Haze. So I sat in the alley way on Montana and watched him ride. He did good, he just had a complicated dismount. But when he looked over to see if I watching his face lite up even more.

I moved out of the alley and got ready to go. I'm the second rider tonight so it's gonna go fast. Jacey got lucky and is first, she ran a 18.45 on a bigger pattern tonight.

I ran and got a 18.12! I don't know what I placed, but I don't really care! I hopped off and took Montana back to the trailer and untacked. I let him loose and gave them grain and hay then set up some chairs on the other side and got out some beer.

"KESLIE!" Haze said as he grabbed me and picked me up. "AHHHHH! You scared the crap outta me!" I said to him, "Your welcome!" He responded, "Hey Aus!" I said to Austin, "Hey Kes! I see you and Haze get along great! You two are super cute together!" He said, "Thank you!" I responded.

I grabbed a beer and sat down next to Haze. "You should come sit with me Kes." Haze said, "Ok, I guess!" I said sarcastically and sat down on him.

Jacey was already drunk and Weston was on the verg me and Haze only had one drink and Austin's smart and hasn't had anything to drink.

I sat on Haze and we kissed and I went inside to get a blanket cause I got cold but I ended up falling asleep on the bed.

I heard the door open and I woke up. I opened my eyes and saw Haze. "Hey babe." I said tiredly as Haze walked in, "Hey" He said and crawled in bed with me. He wrapped his arms around me and placed a kiss on my head and we fell asleep together.

Haze

I woke up at 3 am to my alarm buzzing. I got up and put some jeans on then got in the truck after loading the horses and drove to Milford.

I got there at 8:30 am and I parked a little ways behind Keslie so that she wouldn't see me till I went to her trailer.

I found her brushing Montana and I grabbed her waist. "Hey cowgirl!" I said to her, "Hey cowboy!" She responded, I found her sweet spot just below her ear. "Mmmm...." she moaned. I kissed her on the head and let go and helped her with her stuff.

I was putting her bot blanket on while she put ice boots on Montana. I was watchin her with the horses and she's amazing with them! It makes me so happy to see her happy!

She let me use Oklahoma and she rode Dakota and we went for a little trail ride.

We both surfaced laughing, I grabbed her and pulled her close. I pulled her in and we kept kissin till our lips parted but immediately reconnected.

"Who goes there!" A man yelled, "Let's get outta here!" She said, and we ran back to the horses and left.

We got back to her trailer and tied up the horses.

"What do you say we have a little party tonight after we finish?!" I asked her, "I'm down! Can I ask Jacey if she wants to come with Weston??" She asked me, "Yep! Tell them to meet back here after their done." I responded, "Okay! Love ya cowboy!" She said as I walked to the chutes.

I went to the chutes and I drew the former buckin horse of the year. Virgil. I've ridden him before but he's a hard one. I put my saddle on him and they rolled him into the first chute.

I'm the first the saddle bronc rider to go, and I came outta the chute and he rared up and then went buckin zig zaggin. I got a 87 and I won it! The best part was that Keslie was watching in the alley way with Montana. "Good job cowboy!" She yelled to me.

I went back and took my chaps off and got my saddle. I went back to the trailer and put my stuff away and went back to watch Keslie run.

I found a spot on the fence in the box and watched her. "Go cowgirl! That's my girl!" I yelled as she came down the alley and finished with a 18.12!

I couldn't find her after her run so I just went to her trailer. I saw Austin on my way and I said to him, "Hey Austin! Tonight after we get finished up with the rodeo and stuff we're having a little 'party' at Keslies. You should come!" "Ok! I'll see ya then!" He responded.

I got to her trailer and she was setting some beer down. I came up behind her and grabbed her while I said her name.

She let out a little scream and said, "You scared the crap outta me!" "Your welcome!" I replied sarcastically. "Hey Aus!" She said when Austin came back from the arena. "Hey Kes! I see you and Haze get along great! You two are super cute together!" He said, "Thank you!" Keslie replied.

"Kes you should come sit with me!" I said as she grabbed a beer. "I guess..." she said sarcastically. We kissed and she said that she was gonna go grab a blanket cause she was getting cold and she didn't come back out after like 10 minutes.

As quietly as I could I opened the door and walked in to make sure that she's ok. I found her asleep on her bed. "Hey babe" she said sleepily, "Hey" I said I crawled in bed with her and we both fell asleep.
