Y/n's P.O.V.
The door is kicked down by Hercules, much to my irritation. Alexander quickly rushes to me and lifts me by my waist, spinning around. I couldn't help but laugh at his large, dorky smile. He gently places me down before smashing his lips onto mine."We won..." He whispers into the kiss.
A soft chuckle escapes my lips, "Yeah, I know... I've always believed in you guys, you would never fail me."
"Hey, so... We're kinda tired and need to rest. So like, can you stop eating each other's faces and get over here?" Hercules jabs his finger in the direction of the exhausted Lafayette and thoughtful John.
I raise my brows at John's expression. What could he be thinking about? I turn to the other two and smile warmly, "Come on it, Herc, John, Laf, Eliza should be arriving in an hour or so. Take a seat, I'll be making a dinner for my father, my mother, and the rest of you, including Eliza. So get comfortable, I'll take a while."
Alex's arms wrap around my waist, "Aw, but I want to spend my time with my beautiful wife."
"Alex, I have work to do," I ruffle his hair. I could hear Philip's cries from his bedroom. "Besides, I'm sure someone wants to see you-"
Without warning, Lafayette sprints into Pip's room, ready to beat someone's ass. "WHO ZE FUCK MADE YOU CRY!?"
"L-Lafayette," I chuckle nervously, quickly taking Pip out of his crib, "He's just hungry." Lafayette sigh with relief as John, Hercules, and Alex stared at him dumbfounded.
"Uncle Lafayette is here, Philip," He delicately takes my son out of my hands, proceeding to sit on the couch.
"Go rest, Alex, I'm going to start making food," I stride to the kitchen, taking out all the ingredients I'll need, including a tomato. When John saw it, he gasped hysterically, startling me half to death.
"It's a tomato, do you wanna poison us!?" Alex, Hercules, and Lafayette's heads perk up at John's remark.
I scoff, "Bicth, give me one good reason I would use tomatoes if they were poisons." The room is swallowed by awkward silence.
I sigh and grab the tomato, bringing it to my lips, Hercules gasping horrifiedly, Lafayette and John's jaws dropping, Alexander gulping. I couldn't help but laugh as I bit into it like it's an apple. Three minutes pass and I am healthy and well.
"See? Tomatoes aren't poisons! They're actually quite delicious," I take yet another bite, remaining alive and well.
"Ok then..." John fakes a cough.
Lafayette stares at Pip with an emotionless expression, "What. Just. Happened?"
"Are you ghost!?" Hercules points an accusing finger at my confused figure.
"That was scary," Alexander confirms, the others nodding in agreement. I shake my head and laugh.
"Hey... Y/n... Can I talk to you?" John asks suddenly when the others were distracted. I look down at the stove and back up at John, nodding in worry.
"What's wrong, Johnny Boy?"
"J-just follow me..."

"It's time you explain the truth! I don't get it, you knew I was getting sent to South Carolina before I knew I was going to South Carolina! You'd predicted, not only that we'd win, but that I should 'watch my back because something bad might happen'!? A bullet was shot at me but they missed because I had accidentally dropped your letters. I still have the scar on my back! It's time you give me an explanation, I deserve one!" John folds his arms impatiently. I bite my lip nervously, refusing to meet his eyes.
