The Confession! The Star Crossed Lovers~♥

"Aye lads! Le's drink till we die!"

With this Leon and the pirates surrounding him gulped down the honey coloured liquid down their throat, embracing the moment of the new found friendship of the two captains. Everything was coming back to normal and Luffy could no longer express his happiness in words after watching both the crews celebrate together.

"And then..then I made the whole island bloom! All alone! My voice had so much power that..that the flower opened back again as if he was to serve me, the great sea warrior Ussop for the rest of its life!"

Ussop laughed in triumph as Brook, Chopper and Leon's crew heard his boastful story with great interest while Franky sleepily gulped down his twenty fifth bottle of cola. Luffy spotted Sanji dancing around Levy while Iori could be seen singing a romantic song to Kiyomi, whose cheeks matched the colour of her eyes.

Romantic eh..

Then suddenly, one thing stuck Luffy hard.

Where's Nami?

He looked around desperately, hoping to catch a glimpse of a tangerine haired girl, but found none. Making his way through the crowd he realised his urge to talk to her and embrace her, as none of them has exchanged any words after the fight.

"Luffy..come here." Robin said snuggling in Zoro's chest, who was holding her securely in his arms after passing out in a drinking competition.

"Looking for someone?"

"Yeah..have you seen Nami?" Luffy asked, with desperation visible in his voice.

"She is near Sunny, probably somewhere near the shore." Robin said flashing him a genuine smile.

"Thanks Robin! I will go find her. By the way you guys look really cute~"

With this Luffy rushed out of the place, leaving Robin flustered and Zoro smirking.

Luffy reached the shore in approximately ten minutes and immideately starting searching for Nami. After looking for quite a time, he spotted a dark figure sitting in front of the shore in the moonlight.

There she was, his beloved. She was sitting on the cream coloured sand with her legs dipped in the foamy waves that came by. Her beautiful face was illuminated perfectly by the moonlight, also adding a bright shade to her tangerine hair. Luffy lovingly stared at her for a few seconds and quitely sat down beside her with his legs crossed.

Nami noticed his presence and said," Hey..shouldn't you be celebrating?"

Luffy fixed his gaze on the dark sea water on the spot as Nami.

"Yeah..but I was getting bored. I like being with you so I came looking for you."

Nami's cheeks turned scarlet. She knew that he never failed to make her heart flutter, intentionally or unintentionally.

"I..I like being with you too..even though you can be really stupid and annoy me sometimes."

Luffy made a fake sad face and pouted, making her heart skip a beat.

God, that pout.

Over the time, Nami had truly realised and accepted her feelings for Luffy. She loves him, and nothing could change about that. His pout, his smile, his jokes or his stupidity, all of them seemed to make her fall for him harder everyday. Her every moment spent with him was her treasure and she knew it was waste to stop her feelings any more. Since the time when he saved her from Arlong, she knew Luffy held an important space in her heart which had grew so much that she wanted nothing else, not the treasure, not the gold but the warmth of his chest and his love. She didn't knew whether it was possible or not, but she had decided one thing.
