3. Falling

Bradley's pov

I am in lunch when I see Carmen and her friends walking through the door laughing. I continued to watch her as she talked and got her lunch. I had noticed that she hadn't gotten much to eat and she's been looking thinner.

"Hey man you okay?" I hear James ask me

"Yeah man I'm okay"

"so what are we doing today?" Tristan says

Carmen was coming around my table when she did I tripped her, she went falling. The entire cafeteria burst into laughter. She had gotten up and she was covered in her food. Her hair was drenched with her soda and I was smirking.

"Maybe you should watch where your walking Carmen and that probably wouldn't have happened" I said as Tristan, James and Connor laughed. She looked at me with such hate and I raised an amused eyebrow at her. She walked off.

Carmen's pov

I am leaving the cafeteria and going to the bathroom. Once I got in there I rinsed my hair. I looked in the mirror when I saw myself. I looked terrible I couldn't belive the way I looked. My hair was everywhere and my make up was all smeared across my face. After rinsing my hair I washed my face and redid my make up.

I left the bathroom and headed to my locker. I grabbed my science notebook and Algebra notebook. The bell rang to signal that lunch is over. I ran to class and avoided everyone. I started my work and I heard someone say my name, but I didn't answer.

"Hey are you okay?"

I looked up to see Tristan.

"Hey I um. No I'm not okay I just got humiliated in front of the entire school Tristan and everyone laughed at me. Including you." I say to him and I went back to doing my work. As I was doing my work than I got a text from an unknown number saying-

Unknown: hey Carmen did you like your tripping up in the cafeteria? Honey I hope you did. Alright sweetheart see you later <3

That was weird. I continued my work till the bell rang. I got up and left for Algebra.

Bradley's pov

Tripping Carmen in lunch was fun. Until I saw the look on her face and for some unknown reason my heart clenched. Anyway I am just now walking into Algebra late and seeing Carmen doing her work and Tristan too. I went and sat down in my seat which is next to Tristan and in front of Carmen.

"It's nice of you to join us Mr. Simpson" My teacher Mr. Brown says to me.

"Oh it's my pleasure Mr. Brown" I say and there were little snickers around the classroom.

I started my work when I got a text from Carmen saying-

Carmen: you need to leave me alone and don't ever text me again. Bradley I have a very strong hatred towards you and nothing's ever going to change that. Alright not one thing will change how I feel about. Bye

I replied saying-

Bradley: oh sweet sweet sweet little Carmen do you honestly think that I'm going to leave you alone? Honey I'm not going anywhere I'm your "Bully" Your stuck with me whether you like it or not see you after class

I heard her let out an aggeravted breath behind me and I smirked to myself and chuckled quietly. All throughout class I could feel Carmen's eyes boring into the back of my head. When the bell rang she got up. As she walked she went falling not because of me, but because she tripped over my book bag. The class laughed and she got up with tears in her eyes.
