Don't make me be like them,

Don't try to fake a cause.

Let me hold onto the stem,

To who I thought I was.

Don't force me into being,

Don't force me into seeing

What you think of as right.

I won't give up the fight,

Won't accept to be your toy.

Go ahead and try someone else boy.

Don't claim you are worth more,

Don't pity me being myself.

Just what are you taking me for?

I am more than a book on your shelf,

More than you give me credit for,

More than what you call a filthy whore.

I will hold my head up high

And say the end of this is nigh.

Don't cry after me,

Don't try sugarcoating it.

You'll finally see

How hard of a hit

A weak girl like me can do,

How easily she can pull through,

How strong

She actually was all along.

I'll present my broken antlers,

Present my broken heart.

See how much it angers

The one trying to outsmart

The one to betray,

Once they lie on my own silver tray.
