Bay started to panic slightly when she moved her pillow and it wasn't there. The crisp white sheets lay free of any sign of her notebook.

"Where the fuck is it?" She muttered to herself. She checked all the draws and cupboards in her room. "Beau! Marnie! Have either of you seen my notebook!?" Bay yelled frantically. That book held way too much. If anyone were to read it, they would probably subject her to a mental home!

"No! You guard that thing with your life!" Beau chuckled as he assended the stair to check on Bay, who shook her head.

"It's not here!" She snapped. "Sorry...It's just-" Beau cut her off

"Don't worry, I know how much it means to you..." He smiled and started moving furniture so they could have a better look. Soon Marnie joined in the search and together they scanned the whole house in search of Bay's note book.

"It's not here Bay, face it!" Marnie sighed as she placed the last book back on the self after being made to empty the bookcase.

"It has to be! I-Oh fuck!" Bay yelled, realising where her oh-so-precious notebook had been left.

"What?" Marnie and Beau asked, simultaneously.

"I left it at Mum's..." Bay sighed. Beau chuckled.

"You'll have to get it then won't you?" He sighed.

"You guys are coming with me!" Bay declared. Beau shook his head and Marnie sighed at her sister's inability to talk to strangers.

"I'll come with you but you owe me!" Marnie stated. Beau just laughed. He never understood Bay's problem with strangers. He, himself was a very confident and sociable person.

"If we're going out in public, you should probably change.." Marnie chuckled, gesturing to the flannel shorts and oversized 'Trivium' shirt Bay was wearing. Bay's cheeks went a light shade of pink and she turned away from the pair. She ran up the stairs and into her room, pulling the first outfit that came to hand out of her chest of draws. Once changed Bay bounded down the stairs and into the living room.

"Are you trying to scare the fuck out of them!?" Marnie chuckled at her sister's outfit. Bay flipped her off and slid her phone in her pocket.

"You outfit isn't much better!" Beau chuckled. truth be told, they all had neigh on the same fashion sense but enjoyed taking the piss out of eachother's clothes.

"Let's just go!" Bay laughed and grabbed Marnie's hand. She dragged her sister down the street until they reached the house that they had both spent the majority of their life in. Bay then pushed Marnie infront of her. Marnie chuckled and knocked on the door a couple of times before it opened to reveal a guy with jet black hair and a 'Misfits' shirt.

"What can I help you girls with?" The guy greeted. Marnie answered because there wasn't going to be an answer coming from Bay any time soon.

"Um hi, We are the people you bought this house off of and my sister here left something behind, a notebook, have you seen it?" marnie spoke confidently. The guy thought for a moment but was interupted by a voice from behind him.

"Chris! Get your ass down here! Ang needs you to tighten the drum skin because he's a pussy!" The voice yelled. Both girls chuckled.

"There's someone at the door Richard!" The guy who Bay and Marnie now knew as Chris yelled back in a very womenly voice. There was the sound of feet running, rapidly up the wooden steps that led down to the basement and another guy, dressed in a similar style appeared behind Chris.

"Who are they?" The other guy asked, nodding towards Bay and Marnie.

"I'm Marnie and this is my overly shy twin, Bay. We're the previous owners of this house." Marnie smiled and offered the late comer her hand.

"Richard but you can call me Ricky." He smiled and shook it before offering it to Bay, who stood behind Marnie. As Bay moved her hand from out her pocket, Ricky and Chris caught sight of her shirt. Both of them chuckled.

"Nice shirt!" Chris chuckled. Finally, surprised it had taken her this long, Bay put two and two together and blushed a deep shade of crimson.

"I love your music" She croaked out. Marnie looked at her with a shocked expression; Bay never spoke to people she didn't really know.

"Thanks! We appreciate it! So why were you here again?" Chris smiled a warm, friendly smile and moved aside from the door to allow the girls to walk in.

"Bay left her notebook here when we were last here and we were wondering if you'd seen it?" Marnie asked again. Chris and Ricky both had thoughtful expressions on their faces when Ricky suddenly pipped up.

"BALZ!" He screamed which then followed by, yet more, rapid foot steps.

"Yes, dearest band mate?" Another guy, who was, presumably Balz, appeared from the doorway.

"Do you still have that notebook thing you found on the counter the other day?" Ricky asked. Balz nodded slightly and looked over at the girls.

"I'm Josh, but you can call me Balz... but you probably already knew that!" Balz chuckled, noticing Bay's shirt. Bay nodded and shook his hand. As their hands touched they both froze for a second then let go quickly.

"I-I'm Bay." Bay smiled up at him.

"I'm Marnie and you are honoured...that's the most she's ever spoken to a stranger before!" Bay and Josh looked at each other and made eye contact which, to them both, was a great feet when meeting new people.
