Bay woke up to the familar surroundings of her bedroom but something was missing. She couldn't help but feel as though she was forgetting something. Shrugging it off she climbed out of the suddenly very welcoming bed and onto the cold hard floor, immediately regretting her decision when her back clicked. Bay groaned and pulled herself up, using the side of her bed as an aid and walked over to her dressing table. She pulled out a half decent outfit and changed just as the door creeked open. Bay screamed and dived onto the bed before who ever it was could see her half naked body. Balz's head peered around the door.
"Sorry, I thought you were still sleeping... Wow. That makes me sound like a creep..." He blushed a light pink which Bay found insanely adorable and scratched the back of his neck like all guys seem to do when ever they're nervous.
"It's fine..and yeah it does." Bay laughed. Balz smiled. Her laughed was music to his ears.
"Well I came to see if you wanted to come and grab breakfast with us?" Balz asked, finally getting to the reason he had accidently walked in on her for.
"Sure, I don't eat breakfast but I'll come and hang with you guys." She smiled and pulled the duvet up round her shoulders.
"Awesome! I'll let you finish doing whatever girls do before they let people see them..." There was a long pause before he turned and left the room.
"Bye." He smiled like a little kid and closed the door behind him. Bay smiled to herself; Balz was so sweet. She pulled on her skinnies and applied the usual make up: Thick eye liner and mascara and dark red lip stick.

"What can I get you guys?" The overly perky waitress asked. Everyone except Bay ordered what they wanted. The waitress walked off and everyone sat in a comfortable silence, sipping their coffee. They were all squished into a booth, Balz and Ricky either side of Bay. Ricky was oddly quiet as Balz and Bay started talking about where they were touring next. Ricky sat back in his chair and watched his friends talk and laugh with eachother. Ricky felt a twang of anger when Balz slung his arm around Bay then immediately felt guilty for it.
"I know! Lets go to the mall!" Ghost suggested as they walked out of starbucks, discussing what to do for the day now the guys had finished their album. Luckily the mall was literally next to starbucks. Everyone agreed and walked through the large, automatic doors to the mall. They all made a B-line for Hot Topic. Bay and Marnie decided to head home to spend some time with Beau because they hadn't seen him in a day or so which, in a friendship like their's, meant an awful lot.
"We'll see you guys later." Marnie smiled and hugged each of the guys. Bay did the same but hesitated slightly at Balz, he noticed her hesitation and pulled her into a hug, kissing the top of her head for good measure. Ricky stood behind Balz and watched them. Ricky seemed to be doing that alot: watching Balz and Bay. But Balz was one of his best mates so he decided it would be best if he ignored the nagging feeling in his gut. Bay hugged Ricky and pulled away, looking up at him.
"You ok Rick?" She asked, looking concerned which made Ricky's heart clench. No. This isn't happening.
"Yeah, just peachy! You?" He forced a smile. Bay chuckled and hugged him again before jogging to catch up with her sister.
"She is something." Balz grinned, watching after Bay. Ricky, again, forced a smile. He knew that Balz and Bay would make an awesome couple and Balz wouldn't hurt her.
"She definitly is...hey um do you like her? Like, like like her?" Ricky had to ask just to be sure.
"I don't know man. She's just amazing..." Balz sighed, clearly unsure of his feelings towards Bay which was completely true. He didn't want to say he liked her and then break her heart because he wasn't sure but, at the same time when ever he was with her everything seemed knid of, for lack of a better word... right. Ricky nodded slowly and sighed. He took that as a 'yes but i dont want to tell anyone because im not sure' and swore there and then that his feelings towards Bay were nothing more than a friendship.
"Hey Bay..." Marnie started as she and her sister walked down the street.
"Yes twin?" Bay smiled, she was in an oddly good mood.
"Do you, ya know, like like Balz?" Bay was taken slightly aback by Marnie's question but pulled herself together so not to give any clue of her shock.
"I don't know...He's an awesome dude..." Bay shrugged like it was nothing. Truth be told, she had no idea. She never really thought about it and thats saying alot concidering Bay is known for over thinking most of the time.
"...mmmhmmm" Marnie gave Bay a suspicious look but, much to Bay's relief, they had arrived home so Bay took the opitunity to get out of the convasation.
"Honey I'm home!" Bay yelled as they walked through the door. Beau's laughter could be heard from the living room so that's exactly where Bay went. She walked in to see him watching some show on Comedy Central.
"Oh hey! Where have you guys been?" He asked, flicking the TV off.
"We were with Motionless...Well I was, Bay here was with Josh." Marnie winked. Beau's eyes widened slightly but Bay knew he was only joking around.
"I hope you used protection missy!" Beau scolded. Bay shook her head and laughed.
"You guys are cruel! We're just friends!" Bay tried but she knew she was getting no where.
"..mmmmhmmm... that's what they all say!" Marnie said, trying to suppress a laugh which failed when Beau started laughing.
"But no, seriously, if he hurts you i will beat him to death with his own dick." Beau said, suddenly becoming serious."We're just friends!" Bay persisted. Beau nodded. A long silence filled the air, not awkward nor comfortable just silence.
"I think you guys would make a cute couple..." Marnie smirked, trying to annoy her sister.
"We're just friends guys!" Bay yelled. Marnie and Beau both put their hands up in mock surrender. Yeah, just friends.
