In the spirit of Halloween, we challenge you to write a short tale based on urban legends from any part of the world. Here's the twist. Your story must be in the point of view of the entity that led to the rise of the urban legend. For instance, think of your main character as the Bloody Mary from well, the Bloody Mary urban legend.

The submission period starts from 22nd Oct, 2018 and ends on 25th November, 2018 at midnight EST time.

1. The story must be new to Wattpad and written specifically for this contest. You can post as a separate story or as a chapter in an existing collection.
2. The maximum word count is 500 words.
3. Pay close attention to grammar and spelling.
4. No mature content please.
5. Only stories written in English will be eligible for judging since we currently do not have other language capacities.
6. To submit your entry, please post your story title and story link in the comments section.
7. Please ensure you do not mix up urban legends with creepypasta. Urban legends are stories passed down between generations often used as cautionary tales. Though urban legends may be false, some are actually based on real phenomena. Creepypasta comprises of a collection of horror stories created and spread over the internet mostly for entertaining purposes or to scare readers.
