ISN'T IT LOVELY
ALL ALONE

four hours.
it had been four hours since finn and his friends had seen millie last. they were all starting to worry.
"that's it, i'm going to go and find her!!" finn said, getting up and off of the couch and speed walking to the door. "and none of you are going to follow me. i'm the reason she left and now i'm gonna go find her." he said sternly.
he opened the door, jumping a little bit at the sight of the short haired girl he was just about to go look for. "m-mills!" he shouted.
"yeah?" she said awkwardly, "y-you're ok!" he said with a small smile. "no really? i hadn't noticed." she said, pushing past the curly haired boy.
finn's heart dropped, he should've known that she would be mad.
afterall, he did say that he didn't want to know if she was in his past life.
he would be upset if millie said that to him.
it makes sense.
he just wished it would have turned out differently. but of course, it was his doing. she was and at him because of something he said.
all he needs to do is apologize.
easy, right?
wrong.

it had been a few hours since noah told everyone about how familiar it all felt.
loren was still contemplating whether or not to tell her friends about it now or later. she wanted to tell them, she really did, but she was worried it would cause more problems if she told them about it- with everything piling up, she would just be worrying them more, and she didn't want to do that.
so, she decided to keep quiet, for now at least.
"guys, we can't just sit around all day! we have to do something about this!!" noah said all of a sudden, startling his friends.
a bell rang.
"oh no. not now!!" malina said, running out of the house.
the three friends exchanged confused glances, shrugging and following after the frantic girl who had just run out the door. "what do think this is about??" adrien asked loren, she shrugged.
they all heard malina groaning in the distance.
noah was the first one to get there, in front of the gate.
the gate!
"hold on. a-are those new angels? or devils?" he asked with a shaky tone. "from what i can tell," malina said, trying to catch her breath, "those are angels. they couldn't possibly be devils." noah's head turned to the three supposed angels who had just walked through the gates.
"m-malina... t-those three look way too familiar." noah whispered. adrien and loren approached, seeing the three new-comers. "who are they?" loren asked malina. "um! i don't know!!" she whisper-shouted. "well, lets go find out then??" she said, walking towards them. "loren no!" malina yelled, but by the time she said that, loren was already introducing herself to the three new-comers and telling them about where they were.
"idiot, i swear." adrien mumbled under his breath, shaking his head, following noah and malina over to the new-comers. "-and this is hell. but don't worry! you're all going to heaven, you just happened to die at a time of crisis...." loren said, "w-well ok, um, i'm maddie! this is lilia and gaten, i think... i only just met them... it's nice to meet you." the blue eyed girl said with a warm smile. "nice to meet you too! these are my friends, noah, malina, and adrien." loren said, pointing to each of them as she said their names.
"s-sorry, but could you possibly tell me why i can't remember anything except my family?" lilia asked, malina sighed, "come with me you three." adrien, loren, and noah nodded, giving her the ok to take them and tell them about the whole deal about being in heaven- well, hell.
"it's going to be a long day." noah said.
"you can say that again." loren spat, sighing.

sadie and millie were in the kitchen discussing what millie had found.
it wasn't much to go off of, but i guess you could call it progress. sadie was worried, of course, and she wasn't sure it was a good idea to continue searching for the memories, but she had just gotten millie to calm down and she didn't want to 'scare' her off by telling her she doesn't want to help.
"there's an alleyway that i took, and it led to a big building that was kind of... sketchy. it looked almost burned down, it was covered in like burned pieces of wood but... it was nailed to the door and windows, almost like whoever was in there wanted to hide something." millie explained, a look of determination in her eyes.
sadie was worried for millie, she had only been in her after life for a little over a month, and she was already looking into going after the original devil??
not smart.
sadie looked over to finn, who was on the couch, staring at the ground pretending to be listening to whatever wyatt and caleb were speaking about. he looked upset.
"finn! hey, man!! hello??" caleb said, snapping a finger in front of finn's face until he snapped out of his daze. "what? sorry i wasn't paying attention." finn said, gazing over at millie, who was laughing at something sadie had said.
he half smiled, admiring the glow that was coming off of her. she was gorgeous.
poor finn, though. he didn't know what to say to her and he was getting worried as well because millie hadn't said a word to him since she got back. they only exchanged glances every few minutes.
it was awkward, yes, but it was also sad because neither of them knew what to do about it. everyone was getting annoyed because they were witnessing the whole thing happen.
none of them could quite grasp why it was so hard just to talk things out.
"just go talk to her, man." wyatt said, nudging finn a little.
"that'll do no good." he said, not taking his eyes off of the feisty short-haired girl.
"you'll never know until you try."
