The last three periods of the day flew by, it wasn't like they were hard for Lydia anyway, so why wouldn't they? But the awkwardness between her and the rest of her friends group definitely did not fly by, she had class with Kira and Stiles at the very end of the day and neither of them spoke to her! She was not that harsh to Malia, she was just being honest, that was what Lydia did! Why did everyone all of a sudden flip out when she said something to the freaking werecoyote? Her hands gripped the steering wheel of her Prius C before letting out an annoyed grunt, "Ugh!" Lydia's hands jerked the wheel to the left which caused her to swerve, and unfortunately caused her to crash.

"Lydia?" The dark hair of Kira Yukimara blew behind her from the fan in the hospital, she was looking down to a newly scratched up Lydia Martin. The strawberry blonde blinked a few times before sitting up, "Hey Kira," She mumbled softly, pushing her bangs away from her face, "What exactly happened?" The last thing she could remember was her swerving off of the road, which led her to believe that she had crashed. Kira chewed at her bottom lip before explaining that her car had hit a tree and that if Lydia's airbag didn't deploy she would probably be dead, "I was a few cars behind you on the way home, my dad called your mom, she's on her way." Kira was a good friend, and that was what Lydia needed right now, so in an unusually nice tone she thanked the kitsune for staying. "It's fine," The brunette grinned before nodding towards the door, "Stiles has been out there since 911 was called, he's really worried..." Lydia took a deep breath and let out a small laugh, "Tell him he can come in." Kira smiled and walked out, going to get Stiles she assumed, but when the door opened it wasn't Stiles, instead it was a nurse adding fluid to her IV.

There was a lot of warmth radiating from Lydia's left hand, she began to stir and that was where her eyes landed, her hand being grasped by someone else's... Stiles. "Hey." She said with a yawn, the boy immediately looked up at her, "You're up!" He exclaimed happily, squeezing the teen's hand.  "Yeah, I was up a litte bit ago, I told Kira she could go get you..."  His lips curved upwards at her tired speak, "That was about three hours ago Lyd..."  He chuckled softly.  She raised an eyebrow, three hours? There was no way... But, if that was so, had he stayed with her during that time?  "Is my mom here?" Stiles nodded, "She's downstairs getting dinner for herself, she was in here for twenty minutes and I told her I would watch you, since you were only asleep."  Lydia's cheeks turned a light shade of pink as she watched Stiles speak to her like that, the emotion in his voice, and the dedication to her, it was almost like- "Where's Malia?"  She couldn't forget about his newly attached girlfriend, no matter how much she wanted to... "Uh, I'm not sure, I told her I was coming uphere to check on you and I haven't heard anything from her since...."  He replied sheepishly, had he chosen Lydia over Malia?  It wasn't like the girl was in critical condition, she was just unconcious for a few hours.... "Stiles you can go... if you want to."  Her fingers found each other, pulling her hand out from his to fumble within her own nervously, "My mom will be back up soon I'm sure."  "I can stay, i-it's really no trouble."  As much as the strawberry blonde did want his company, she knew that he wasn't hers to hold up, she couldn't have him all of the time... So she let him go.  "Go."
