Chapter 6: Dorms

Suddenly, the Headmaster's door opens swiftly. I looked up and saw a tall man with an amazingly well-groomed beard. How'd he get it so smooth..? No! Not the time to be thinking that!
"What is all this commotion?" He says in a deep, monotone voice. He's scary!
"H-headmaster.. we were uh.. just coming to see you!" Juniper says quickly. She looks just as nervous as I am. So does Asahi. The man looks down on us like a hawk just about to catch it's prey.
"You must have come here to see me Juniper and our new student Polaris. Although, Asahi has no business here. I suggest you go back to class young man." He said looking over us. Asahi looked ready to protest but he started walking back instead. Me and Juniper walked into his office. This place is huge! There's books on both the left and right walls. They look ancient, almost like records and spell books. Me and Juniper sat in the two chairs in front of his large desk.
"I know why you two are here. Miss Juniper, we have already talked to you multiple times about your aggressive behavior. You put your fellow peers life at risk because you didn't care to think of what would happen afterwards."
"Yes.. I know.." Juniper looks down. She looks.. sad. Really sad, like she's about to cry. Oh Thea! Please don't cry!
"I-it's not her fault! I said something I shouldn't have and that's what provoked her. I didn't mean it but I also didn't know about her anger. If anything, it's my fault." I say looking straight into his eyes. He stares back for a second then clears his throat.
"I appreciate your determination and honesty. But, that does not excuse Miss Malori's behavior. Although I'm willing to let it slide this once, I will have Jupiter stay in your dorm with you. We are currently working to get her enrolled here but I do not think it will be a problem." He says giving us a paper with the dorm number on it. Let's see, I'll be rooming with Juniper and two other girls.
"You are dismissed. You should expect your uniforms and belongings to be in your dorms. I hope they are to your liking." He says as he continues his work. Me and Juniper get up and leave the office. Asahi was waiting outside for us.
"So.. how'd it go?" He asked nervously.
"We got our dorm assignments but Juniper got a scolding." I say looking over at Juniper. She still looks upset, I'd be upset too if I was scolded at.
"Woah, you got your dorm assignments already? I think you guys are the first ones." He says looking at the paper.
"We are? I didn't realize."
"Yea, I haven't gotten mine yet but hopefully mine is closer to you guys."
Juniper looks at me and she smiles a bit. Maybe things are starting to get better. I'd better make the most of my time here until I find a way home. Me and Juniper walked to our dorm while Asahi went for his dorm assignment. It's so big! There are 4 separate doors with different emblems on them. The one with the dragon emblem must be Juniper's, there's another door with a lily pad, the third door with an open scroll with different symbols, and the last door is... blank. This one must be mine. I don't know my power yet but maybe when I discover it, an emblem will appear. I'm scared but also excited to see it.
"You two must be Juniper and Polaris! Welcome!" Said a friendly voice behind me.
"I'm Elucia, looks like we'll be roommates for the next few years." She said with a beaming smile.
