A letter to my stomach.

Can you please stop making me feel as though I'm about to vomit? Why must you constantly feel vitriolic every moment the rest of my body is fine? Furthermore, why do you react to this very moment rather than the many times I've spent eating too much or too little? Even the spiciest foods I've eaten had no effect on my stomach. Yet one moment of melancholy and it all falls apart. 

Why must I feel these ways physically when I am feeling the worst in my mind?
