Once upon a time, there was a girl who loves to tell stories. She was a reader, you see. She loved them so much that they are her means of escape from this cruel world. But the moment she opened her mouth and began to tell a story, no one listened. No one wanted to hear the story she will tell. So, she kept her mouth shut. She became so silent that you wouldn't even notice she is there. But she still kept on reading her books. Then one day, something happened.

"That's one of my favorite books," the voice said.

She turned around to see a boy behind her. She immediately closed the book shut. She could only nod at him.

The boy sat across from her on the table and said, "I haven't read the ending yet. Can you tell me the ending?"

"But you could've just read it yourself?" she was startled to hear her voice, hoarse with disuse.

"Yes, I could have. But I want to hear you tell me about the ending. There's a saying that endings are the best part. So . ."

She could only ask one question. "Why?"

He smiled. "Because you are a bookworm. You love stories. It would be so much better to hear a story from someone who takes the story at heart."

She thought it through and looked at the boy across from her. She took a deep breath and she opened her mouth for the first time that felt like forever.
