3rd Point Of View 
As Melody walks into the day-care she is greeted by Owen as he gives her a big hug as he runs in ahead of her as she smiles at the big guy.

Owen: "Guys, Guys Guess what!!!" *bumps into the castle*              

Melody quickly sets her backpack down and goes over to help him while the others greet her and go over to see what Owen wants.

Owen: "I finally won a toy crane prize surprise!!"

The kids gasp as Melody claps for him as she goes back into her backpack and gets her notebook out and writes a note for Owen to read.

Owen: "Aw thanks Melody!" 

He hugs Melody tightly as she silently laughs causing Duncan to laugh at her.

Duncan: "Did you scoop up anything good?"

Gwen: " Last year alone there were 43 crane related deaths!"

Melody hides behind Harold as he pats her shoulder in comfort while Duncan glares at him before talking to Gwen. 

Duncan: "Gwen that might be a statistic about real cranes!"

Gwen: "The article just said cranes" *Disappears into the shadows*  

Melody goes over to Duncan and gives him a hug as he blushes and hugs back but only for a short while as Harold and Owen start sniggering. 

Owen: "Anyway I scored this *Shows them a shiny red ball* it's an uber ball!!"

Melody lets go of Duncan and stares at it in disbelief as she along with Jude and Izzy stare at it with sparkly eyes. 

Jude: "Sweet!"

Owen: "And it only cost me 78 dollars in quarters!" 

Noah: "Careful Owen you know what Chef does when he catches us with toys from home!!"

Melody looks over at Jude as she shrugs her shoulders indicating that she is only new.

Jude: "Oh right you see Mel chef takes anything we brought from home which is not cool man!"

Melody looks over at Owen and Noah as they both nod their heads at her as she smiles back causing Duncan to blush but quickly hides it.

Owen: *Gasps* "Right! I should put it away!"

Duncan: *Scoffs* "What's the point of showing us your uber ball if you're not going to bounce it!!"

*Cuts To Duncan in the playground*

Duncan: "Whenever there's a chance to cause anarchy I'll take it" 

Izzy comes by Duncan and blows a bubble which Duncan pops. 

*Back to the Day-care*

Noah: "Bouncing it is a bad idea!!"

Duncan: "Or is it the best idea?!" 

Melody pokes at Duncan's horns as well as Izzy as he looks at them both in amusement.

* Cuts to Owen* 

Owen: "On the one hand Noah is right, on the other hand Duncan is right but on the other hand *Looks at the third hand* hey who's hand is this!!!"

The hand slowly disappears from sight. 

*Back to the Day-Care*

Owen: "I'll bounce it once!"

Owen bounces the uber ball and it causes Chaos in the playroom as before it can hit Duncan Melody bravely tackles him out of the way as the uber ball flies past them and into Chef's hand.

Chef: "Who brought this into my day-care!!"

Everyone points to Owen who is hiding and laughs nervously at Chef as Melody gets off Duncan and offers him her hand to steady himself.

Duncan: "Thanks Melody you're a life saver!"

Melody smiles at him as she follows Owen into Chef's Office as they see a locker full of lost toys as their eyes light up except Melody's as Chef asks everyone to leave.

Time Skip

As Duncan is explaining his plan to everyone Melody is drawing along with Bridgette as she talks to her until Courtney drags her to Duncan.

Owen: "Hey Melody we need your help!!!"

Courtney: "No we don't we have enough people to help Owen!"

Duncan: "Melody is quite trustworthy I have you know Princess!!!!"   

Courtney: "Well what can you do Melody??!!"

Melody shows everyone her grappling hook as they look on in awe as she gets up into the vents and throws a rope down to them as they cheer for her except Courtney.

Courtney: "Fine I guess she can help us out!"

Melody rolls her eyes at her as she jumps from the vents and salutes everyone as they make their way to Chef's office as she continues with her drawing not noticing Duncan smiling at her.

Time Skip

As Melody finishes her drawing the kids fall out of the vents making Chef mad at all of them as Owen's Uber Ball falls and starts the mayhem again. 

Chef cancels Playtime outside and sets Naptime early. With all but Melody groaning as she has already fallen asleep with Duncan going beside her and falling asleep himself with Gwen smiling at the pair of them.
