Kong doesn't know it, but he was eagerly waiting for Forth to arrive.

Just few minutes for the gate to close but no sign of Forth. And as the minutes ticked by, Kong's mood started dipping and his frown deepening.

Just where was he?

And very soon the school gates closed. Kong even waited extra 10 minutes thinking that maybe he was late.

But he wasn't.

Kong became annoyed when he realised, that Forth was skipping classes.

Kong doesn't know why he was thinking about Forth so much. They have hung around together like 5 times. And he admits secretly, that he liked spending time with Forth greatly.

But no one was supposed to know that. Not May, not his friends, and definitely not Forth.

But who was to tell him, that everybody somewhat knew, but nobody pointed it out.

Kong and Forth, a weird pair.

But according to Kong, P'Forth was weirder. one moment, he would be glaring, and the next moment embarrassed. One moment he would sound bored and the next moment, extremely shy.

He would look uninterested, but then would be the first one to notice. Would behave apathetically, then the next moment concern all over his face.

But Kong must say, all these contrasting behaviour, made him a little interesting and kind of cute?

Kong frowned again, when he didn't see Forth even in the cafeteria.

Was he skipping afternoon classes  too?

He looked around and reluctantly took a seat with May and her friends.

"So Kong", she immediately chirped up.

"Yes May"

"What else did you found out?"

"P'Forth said that the person is a model student"

"Hmm...ok..and?"

"He just tells me one thing at a time"

May looked at him thinking, then smiled, "he's Messing with you, you know"

"I know" and I don't mind.

Then she immediately dismissed him and started discussing about Forth's possible love interest. They combined all the attributes and started matching it with all the possible girls.

Kong was never interested in gossip. But this piece of information caught his interest. So along with them, even he started looking at the girls they were pointing at.

Possible candidates they said.

And Kong, without realising it himself, started doing the same.

He started tallying the attributes to the girls he thought suitable.

Who could she be? He wondered.

Three days, it had been three days, since forth came to his classes.

Three days since Kong saw him.

And three days, since Kong was waiting for him.

He wondered what could have happened? And he said so to his friends.

And he was reminded about Forth again, how he was a thug. Probably out fighting somewhere. Not the first time skipping, and so on.

That made Kong think. He never cared before. But why now?

Kong immediately perked up as he thought he saw the back of Forth.

He was out to get some stationery, and was exiting a shop in a very crowded area. But just one glance, one glance it took for him to recognise Forth.

And next thing he knew, he was running to catch up with him.

"P'Forth!!"

He stopped and turned around.

"Kong", he looked surprised and somewhat pleased?

"What are you doing here?", He asked. Kong sensed he was anxious and nervous. As forth kept shifting foot to foot. And for some strange reason, he was avoiding Kong's eyes.

"I came to buy few things and I was hoping to see you here"

"Oh!!" Forth finally looked at Kong in the eye.

"What for?"

"You have not been to college for three days"

Forth bit his lip, and Kong could swear it was to suppress a smile. Was he happy about something?

"I had few things to care of"

"......ok"

"........"

"One more thing"

"Yes?", Forth looked up hopefully.

" You promised to tell me something"

"Oh, that", forth deflated a bit. But then looked up, right into Kong's eyes and said.

"That person is a male", waited a few seconds for Kong's reaction, left on getting none.

Kong was stupefied.

A male?

A male!!

For some reason, knowing that made Kong feel a little less burdened. A little positive? But he refused to think, positive for what?

Humming a little, he went back to his dorms. Thinking, how will he break this news to May and her friends.
