Prince's P.O.V.

Its been like an hour since we finished watching Bad Boys and Amber and them are still not here. Sodee's so bored that she made herself some chicken nuggets with jelly. Final Destination 5 is on OnDemand and I'm thinking about putting it on. Unfortunately, Sodee's around and if I put it on she will beat me with a stick within an inch of my life. Too risky. I glanced over at her munching on her jelly-covered chicken nuggets, turned my head away quickly in disgust, and contemplated. I should probably just ask her..

Prince: (smiles) Sodeeee?

Sodee: (looks up from her food) Yeees?

Prince: Can we pleeease watch Final Destination 5? (bats his eyeleashes)

Sodee: (puts down her chicken nugget) Prince, it sounds like you wanna die today.

Prince: Sorry. (looks down)

Sodee: (takes the remote, puts on Mtv Jams, and walks to the island) Priiiiiince.

Prince: Yeees, beautiful?

Sodee: I'm booored.

Prince: Wanna take a walk around the city before we leave?

Sodee: (smiles) Yeah, sure. (looks out the window) But its still raining..

Prince: (grabs an umbrella from in front of the door, sings, and dances around Sodee) You can stand under my umbrellaaa.

Sodee: (laughs) Ardd, shawd.

We both slipped on our Doc Martens. I grabbed my phone from its charger as Sodee fixed her beanie on her head. After that, we headed outside. We strolled around the area, stopping at stores here and there. We were making our way out of a charming trinket store when we heard some type of African-sounding music playing nearby. We followed the sound as it lead us to a small store, filled with African clothing and art.

When we walked in, Sodee looked around in awe. Her eyes lingered from the elephant statuettes to the paintings of African women and then to the clothing in different patterns and colors hanging on a wall. She walked over to a table covered in African jewlery. Sodee picked up a green, red, yellow, and black necklace with a wooden Africa pendant and gently fingered the beads.

That's when the old woman sitting at the register of the shop looked at Sodee and I angrily and yelled at us in her thick African accent.

Owner: (yells Sodee) Pekin, you wan buy 'am?

Sodee: (still looking admirably at the necklace)

Prince: (uncomfortably looking at the ground)

Owner: You no fi understand weti I de say? Pekin, you wan buy 'am?

Sodee: (snaps out of her thoughts) Sorry, I'll buy it.. (places the necklace on the counter and takes out her wallet)

Owner: Seven dolas. (puts the necklace in a small, plastic bag)

[A/N: At this point , Sodee and the woman are speaking Pidgin . Sorry if you don't understand what they're saying , but I'm sure most of you will pretty much get it .]

Sodee: You no charge tax?

Owner: (raises an eyebrow) Na weti be tax?

Sodee: (looks away) Uh, nevermind..

Owner: Okay ooh. (looks at Prince) You no wan buy sometin?

Prince: Um..
