The Goddess

Long ago, a legend told that, in a secluded island in the middle of the vast seas, where all plants around the world grow there, a crystal clear ocean surrounding it, an unlimited resources for anyone who lived there, and a gentle tan skinned people habitating the island, live a Goddess of Prosperous named Teloka.

Teloka, known as the Goddess of Prosperous. She gave her blessings to people and nature as a form of gratitude and thankfull for the living being who already protect the nature. She have been reincarnated in many ages. Long ago, she was worshipped by people. But as time goes on, she knew that people change, and so she have to.

It was told that a woman who are reincarnation of Teloka, born to have a sensitive sense of surroundings. She could tell when and where the disaster would come. She could see the future and human hearts. She was told to have give her blessing to an island and it's people with wealth, healthiness, long life, and unlimited resources. She also able to communicate with animals. Even though the people there are able to understand and communicate with animals, Teloka not only talked to a visible animals, but also the invisible, such as magical creature.

Every reincarnations of her, born in a prosperous family who have inherited wealth from time to time. Therefore no need to live a hard life even though they live in an island with unlimited resources. But knowing that she should change, in this age, Teloka reincarnate in a regular and common family. She was willing to know more about life from the lowest part, and she choose you, (Y/N)(L/N), the daughter of (L/N) family.

Like any other reincarnations, she made you different from any other child at your age. You grew and developed faster than any other kids ever since you were born. Being able to run on your first age is one of her blessings. You can communicate with animals since you were third, which make you ended up being bullied by your friends in the same age. But with Teloka's heart, you never hate them. You still love them. As differences should be embraced. Many blessings have been given to you from her, as a prove that you are capable to maintain the balance of the nature.

But, with all the differences and abilities you have from Teloka, you are very loved by your family and the tribe. You have the title of "The One". With your ability, you saved the villagers from harm, disaster, and even sickness. You also helped them create shelters so you all can still live a peacefull life even if the nature have come to madness. A single land in the middle of nowhere on the vast sea, making it harder to live for any living being because the nature itself are free to express herself.

With you helping the people, you and your family are gifted with wealth. Unlike gold, the villagers gave your family fruits and foods. Some of the royalty you helped, also gave their hands in helping your father growing the ricefields and plantations. Their wifes also helped your mother to grow and rebuild her garden. They didn't gave you gold since you refused it. It would be better if they could use their golds to increase the economic condition of their people. You asked them to give you and your family what you need, and they gave it with sincerety.

With all that joy, one thing that Teloka have missed. Each ages she reincarnates, people were changing. They're evolving. Some in a good way. Most of them are in a bad way.

Most of the story are only being told in a tribe for generations. But in the age that Teloka choose to reincarnate, even though you live in a secluded island in the middle of the sea, your wheareabout and your story can never be hidden forever.

One day, two strangers stranded at the shore. You don't know who they are, since both of them are not wearing the same outfit like the people on the island. But still, you helped them. You asked the villagers to take a good care of them. The villagers gave them shelters to recovered, medical treatment, and also foods. While they're still on the island, waiting to recover fully, the villagers didn't hesitate to tell them your ability and power since they looks like a friendly people. Looks like it.

But little did they know, they were pirates. Yes. Teloka have reincarnated in pirate age. Which means, your existence and story will soon be exposed and disaster will come to her blessed island.

When the strangers already recover fully, the villagers helped them to build a small boat, strong enough for them to sail back to where they're came from.

Few days after you and the villagers helped the stranded men back to their home (you think), a larger ship with a flag and a skull printed on it, came to the island direction. By seeing that ship, you knew that a bigger disaster will come and will force you to leave the island and the people.
