Both Arthur and (Y/n) drawned by the story from the book. They were shocked yet confused after reading the sequel. Did not have a slight thought to think that the second book would filled with tragedy and despair.

It was told, after The Goddess of Light and The God of Darkness spoke their vows, both of them turned into ashes and disappeared. The wicked woman who killed them was from the Dark World. She was sentenced to death by the elder. But, the people told that she shouldn't and let her live in the light prison for the rest of her life. That should torture her than a quick death. As for the man who also vowed to the magic, he was promoted as the Light World Protector, a highest rank right below the Goddess of Light.

Few decades after the event, many people from the dark and light fell in love each other and have their children born in gray aura. But, since the children inherit both of their parents blood, those who cannot handle their strong energy, died tragically. Their uncontrolable emotions drove them to finally killing themself. Watching their children died, the parents also felt horrible and started to blame each other. All days feels like war. Some of the parents started a divorce. Even worse, the previous elder started to shout out their ideology that Light and Dark cannot be together, gaining attention from the parents from the light to killed every single grey children, stating that their birth are cursed and they should never been born. With that, the light armies, commanded by the elders slaughtered the grey children. If their parents didn't want to give their children, they also be sentenced to death. Even though one of them are the Light's people.

The Light's Protector knew about the rebellion from the elders. He choose to protect the grey children and their parents from slaughtering, even though he have to face the elders. He doesn't care. He trust The Goddess decision that the light and the dark could live together. He just need to find a way to make it work. Especially for the grey children who are her hope for a better future.

Centuries have passed, and the elders never gave up killing every single grey children who born. The Light's Protector outsmarted the elders by bringing the children down to earth with their parents and changed themself as humans. The elders surely won't come to earth since they thought that humans are so low and they not worth to come down, even though they valued life for the humans. Such a tragic isn't it? As they only focused to the grey children, little did they know, the wicked woman escaped the light prison. It was noticed when The Light's Protector back to the Light World to take the Goddess beloved necklace, a necklace which hold her full power, hidden in human world before the elders found it.

And, the story ends.

"I cannot tell whether the story are real or not. But it's so detailedly told." Arthur confused.

"Should we ask that man?"

"You mean that lunatic?"

"Who else? Moire seems not really know much about the sequel."

"Did he say something to you?"

"When I was about to read this book, he told me to read The Light and The Dark first to understand what's the cause. When it finished, then we can continue to read this one. He didn't lie. Now I can understand why Moire have a thinking that both The God and The Goddess have made wrong decision."
