Taehyung doesn't leave that night. It's too hard for him to be away from his mates after just finding them. Jungkook doesn't understand, but he allows it. He makes both of his mates sleep in the living room, not that they expected any else.

They had all just talked until the latest hours of the night. Until Jungkook realized that he in fact needed sleep eventually. Taehyung watches Jungkook slink back into his bedroom, closing and locking the door behind him. The alpha sighs, already missing his presence.

"You okay?" Jimin asks quietly. He leans back on the pillow that Jungkook had brought out for him while Taehyung holds his tightly in his arms. It smells of Jungkook and he can't help but bury his nose into the fabric.

Taehyung nods. He doesn't think he'll be able to sleep. "I'm having a hard time controlling myself. But I'm trying for his sake."

"I know," Jimin says. "It's stronger for you but I've had to held myself back from him for an entire month."

Taehyung whines at the thought. "I just- I need you guys. I can't explain it."

"Anything you need, come to me with," Jimin says. He looks up at the ceiling. "I don't want to scare Jungkook away."

"Anything?" Taehyung asks. Jimin nods. "Then could you-"

Jimin rolls of the couch and makes his way to Taehyung's instead. "What do you need Taehyungie?"

Taehyung all but howls at the nickname. "Just stay by me."

Jimin nods again and sits next to him. Taehyung wraps his arms around the vampire and presses against his scent gland. He inhales deeply and instantly feels more relaxed. The wild cherry scent fits Jimin perfectly. Alluring and sweet, yet with a hint danger. Taehyung knows that vanilla and cherry are going to be his favorite smells in the world.

"Thank you."

"Any time."

Jungkook can't sleep. He turns to one side then the other. Nothing makes him comfortable. Nothing can't ease his mind. Everywhere he turns he can smell cherry and cinnamon. He isn't even sure where the smell is coming from but it won't let him rest.

What is he doing? Letting not one but two supernatural predators into his home. He must have a death wish. Or perhaps he's losing brain cells. Nothing makes sense anymore. Not even the silver around his neck.

Jungkook unclasps the jewelry and sets it on his nightstand, staring at the cross as it sparkles. He can't stop thinking about Jimin. How sweet of a gesture it was to gift it to him. The scent of cherry is overbearingly strong.

He turns to keep the cross out of his sight. He smells cinnamon instead. Jungkook knows the smell isn't really there. It doesn't bring him comfort like it should. If anything, it makes him long for his mates' presence more.

He's losing his mind.

Jungkook has never missed someone like this. Especially when he's only been away from them for ten minutes. Even in the month that he's known Jimin he hasn't missed being around him. It's as if Taehyung's sudden appearance has made him realize so many feelings at once. He can't stand this.

Jungkook throws the covers back and sits on the edge of his bed. He curses himself for being so stupid before getting up and opening the bedroom door.

Taehyung and Jimin have their eyes shut as they lean on each other. Jungkook's heart swoons as he sees how close the two are, but he feels a twinge of jealousy that they get to enjoy each others company.

"Hyungs?" Jungkook speaks up quietly. Both of them open their eyes quickly, having not been asleep or near it. They're surprised to see Jungkook standing in the entrance to the living room.
