A War Between Two

Her past

-- Emerald's P.O.V.--

The humans went to 'sleep,' and they also told us to stay quiet. We said of course, so we're not talking for an amount of time.

I always remember my past, clear as daylight, but no on cares except Tiger.
She was at my side, knowing that I was one of the few with 'special needs.'

When we both came out of the already-dead ground, we were both assigned to the same mission. I was the engineer/ warrior, and she was the warrior/ navigator. We were going to Earth, with a whole fleet of gems; 1 topaz, 1 zircon, 1 aquamarine, and two tanzanites.

~WEEK ONE~

We were on the ship. All 6 of us were waiting for Zircon at the main deck. Tiger Eye, Tanz, Tanzanite, Topaz, and Aquamarine were standing. "What is taking so long?" Aquamarine said, or as I like to name her Salty Blue Fairy (S.B.F).

"I don't know," Topaz said.

"Well someone check the cameras."

"Yes, Aqua!" I said. I checked the cameras and found her. She was walking around, but her walk was... weird. "Found her."

"Tiger Eye, Emerald, and Tanz. Go," S.B.F said.

We went and saw her. She had a slight chip on her gem, but her eyes were blue with a tint of white under. Topaz knew what it was, because she was a gem medicate.

"We are going to crash... Never gonna see each other... Bye-bye," Zircon said.

Topaz whispered to us, "She has the Insanity. It makes the gem go insane, and becomes more hostile to others... even themself. We have to capture her."

Tiger Eye shape-shifted herself into a net. Topaz and I threw Tiger Eye, and we captured Zircon.

"Where were you?" S.B.F said.

"Catching Zircon. You forgot you dimwit," Topaz said.

"What was that?"

"You heard me. I'm sick and tired of you bossing us around. One day you'll pa-"

"This ship will land on Earth... and we'll all die..." Zircon said. "Say your goodbyes." Then she was poofed by, no other less, Aquamarine.

"Listen! You'll all obey me. I am your leader!" S.B.F said holding the Zircon's gem.

~WEEK TWO~

We were working like s- some gem slaves. Topaz had to stay quite and obey every command by S.B.F., I had to stay on watch, Tiger Eye navigating the way to Earth, and the Tanzanites had to repair the ship when broken. Zircon... she was shattered. She was at the 5th stage. Uncurable.

~WEEK THREE~

I told the gems, except S.B.F., my plan. "We could overrule her. It won't be hard, right? I mean, a tiny gem with wings and a zappy light thingy."

"That could work, but we'll need someone to detract her," Tanz said.

"I will," Topaz said.

"Okay. Then mission is a go," I said.

~ 5 minutes later ~

Topaz gave us a signal and we moved. We took her and her bow and Tanzanite snapped it in two's. "What's going on?! I demand you to tell me!" S.B.F yelled.

They looked at me and I took out my weapon and poofed her. I passed it to Topaz and she bubbled her.

~WEEK THREE. NEXT DAY~

Everything was going smoothly, untill the ship started to blare the alarm. "Emerald the ship's malfunctioning!" the Tanzanites said.

"Everyone brace yourselves!" Tanz yelled.

The ship crashed. I looked for survivors. I yelled for help... but nobody came.

I started to look for Tiger- hey, that's a nice nickname. "Tiger!" I yelled. I started to panic, worrying that she mabey got... shattered. I curled into a ball, muttered Tiger's name, and cried. I felt lost, broken, and alone...

~ 10 minutes later ~

I heard a russel in the rubble. I got up and took out my weapon, and it was Tiger. "Cough. Cough. Emerald?"

"Tiger! You lived... Is everyone else..." I said. She nodded.

We got along with each other better than anyone else. We talked, laughed, punched each other's arms, and gazed at space.

When we were talking, we were getting near Earth, then we felt a bump. Something or someone shot us. We fell, and crashed into Earth. The gems were shattered, so Tiger and I  buried the gems shards.

We walked and walk, until we found a human. The human yelled at us, threatening us too. I told him, we mean no harm, but he attacked. We had no other choice, but to attack. Another human came, I yelled at Tiger saying, "Run! I don't want you to get hurt!"

She yelled back, "I won't leave you!"

I then saw a purple, flaming ball rolling towards Tiger, then me. I got up, but all I heard after that was a bang! The world went dark, as I saw Tiger yelling.

~NOW~

Then I was poofed, and now I'm here.
I'm here with a different Topaz, a nicer one and more loud one, and my best bud, Tiger.

I know that I didn't updated in awhile. If you got the reference, congrats. *Hint* It's from a video game that came out in 2015.
