Jimin

My body was shaking with anxiety while Taehyung in front of me calmly ate his meal. Staring down at him in a gaze, I almost didn't realize he looked up and met my gaze.

"Jimin, you barely eaten your food. Are you okay?"

Glancing down at the food I haven't touched, my stomach growled in delight, but I didn't want to embarrass myself from eating like a pig in the presence of Taehyung. "I'm. . . I'm just not very hungry at the moment. . ."

Unexpectedly, we both heard small putters slapping the ceiling of the café that shortly turned into viscous stomps.

Staring through the window with furied brows, Taehyung watched the sky become gloomy and everyone who was leisurely walking outside now drenched. He shook his head and sighed, "I had no idea it was going to rain so bad, I didn't even bring an umbrella. . ."

"Neither did I. . ."

Taehyung peeked up at me with a playful child. "It seems we are going to have to run home as if we were children."

Even though I felt disappointed that we'll be getting wet, I couldn't help but grin a little while selfishly taking a good look at the man in front of me.

"I wouldn't mind running in the rain with you," I shyly muttered but the rain masked my voice.
