Virat’s pov
I don’t think that I can concentrate on anything right now. Manvi is here! She really is back from nowhere. I mean she disappeared from the face of the earth and now she is back. Shit. I try my best to concentrate on Sara. She was all over me, feeling me up, her blue eyes filled with passion but my mind is fixated on those pair of brown eyes that I so want to forget. Dammit. “Virat why are you so distracted? Look at me baby.” Sara mumbles and places her palm on my cheek. I hold her hands and try to get it off my face. When she doesn’t back off I ask her to leave me alone, “Sara I need some time. Leave me alone.” My attitude and cold stare throw her off for a while and she moves away from me. “What the hell Virat? I am literally throwing myself at you and you seem so distracted!”
“Wait a minute. It is that girl, isn’t it?” She glares at me and continues, “You want that new girl don’t you?”
I seriously don’t have time for Sara and her petty games so I decide to ignore her. I start playing with my phone, anything to get Manvi out of my head. “Viratt.” She yells and throws my phone on the bed. She places herself on my lap and begins to trace my lips with her fingers. I turn away from her, “Sara please leave me alone.”
This did it. She gets up and begins yelling. “I can’t believe this Virat. Do you know how many guys would die to get attention from me?” I wanted to tell her to go with those guys then, but I kept quiet since I didn’t want any drama. “It is that bitch, isn’t it?”
I glare at her again and try to calm her down, “Sara you don’t know what you are talking about. Just leave, will ya?” I swear this girl is giving me a headache. I mean sure she is good in bed and everything but not worth all this drama. “I will make that bitch weep in pain. I will destroy that bloody whore.” That did it for me. I felt this sudden urge to protect Manvi. How dare she say such things about Manvi? I finally get up and warn Sara, “You listen to me Sara. I never liked you and it has nothing to do with Manvi. I don’t care what you think about her and what you say but dare you hurt her. I swear if you cross your line on this I will make sure to turn your life into hell.” Pointing my finger at her I threatened her again, “Stay out of her way. Hear me?”
She stomped her foot and slamming my door shut left the room. A new sense of panic rises in me. Why did Manvi have to come here? Sara will make sure she suffers and I bet my little outburst earlier has made Sara even madder. Now what am I supposed to do? Neither can I protect Manvi nor can I ignore her. Arghh I hate you Manvi! Why did you have to come here and ruin everything? I don’t care about her, if Sara tries anything I’m just going to ignore it. Manvi can take care of herself, of course.

“Virat bro aren’t you ready? We gotta go.” One of my friends barges in my room without so much as a knock. I throw a pillow at him, “F off I’m busy.” He rolls his eyes at me and lifts off my blanket. “Get up man. Girls and booze common it is party time.” He says enthusiastically.
Ever since Manvi got here, a week ago, I have literally not left my room. I know all my friends are shell shocked but due to my foul mood these days they just decided to ignore me. I guess they lost all their patience today hence the party. Well I can’t stay locked in forever.
I quickly change and head downstairs to the excited bunch of guys. “Virat thank you so much for gracing us with your presence.” One of them says sarcastically while I just roll my eyes at him. “Virat you are losing you edge man. No chick, no sex for a week? Damnnn.” Another one quips and I push him lightly. “If you are done pulling my leg can I go back to my room?” I sulk and they pat my back and drag me out of the house.
