You looked around the hospital room and saw others?

Well they weren't alive but it looked like they weren't dead either maybe they were in the same state as you?

"Look she's new"

People peered in from the outside the door as they went by and commented and some were just in the room

Some elderly nice looking woman who looked like she could be my grandma came into the room and started explaining to me what was going on

"Where am I?"

"You're in Limbo with the rest of us"

"What does that mean?"

"You're dead but you're not dead, only people who get granted a second choice from HIM get to even come close to Limbo if not you get sent to Void and lose all your sense of who and where you were before ever coming and feel eternal pain you never die if you get sent to Void Deary"

"So I get a second chance at life?"

It was a lot to take in we stood at the foot of my bed and continued to talk.
