Chapter 20

A/N: Sorry I didn't update. I was a little busy. School wise.

(Reader's POV)

I open the door to outside. Yesterday, dad said that we were moving to America. I need to break the bad news to the guys. Well it's both good news AND bad news. Kukai just asked me to be his girlfriend last week.

I woke up extra early to get to school alone. When I got outside though, I was met by Kukai which made me force a smile.

"Hey!" I said waving my hand.

"Hi!" He studied my face. "Why do you look so sad?"

"I'll tell you later." I said looking away from him.

-skip to the royal garden-

"Guys. I need to tell you something." I was looking at my lap. They looked at me worry visible on their faces.

I felt something wet on my hand. I took my hand and put it to my eyes. I was crying. I wiped it away but it was no use.

"W-what's wrong?" Amy asked me. I look back up at them.

"A-after I graduate... we... we're moving... to America." I stuttered making my tears fall more. I felt a hand on my shoulder I look up at him. Kukai.

He pulls me into his chest making me start crying again. The others moved to my side and hugged me too. The graduations was in two days.

"I-I don't want t-to leave." I said hands over my eyes.

"(N-name)." I felt tears on my head. I look up at Kukai who had years in his eyes.

-skip to last day-

I stand and go to the front and get my diploma thing. Tears are filling my eyes making me not see clearly. I walk back to my seat which is next to Kukai's. I take his hand in mine.

We left after the graduation was done. We were met by Amu, Nadeshiko, Tadase and Yaya. Yaya was crying making me cry too.

"Yaya stop crying! Your making me cry!" I said hugging her.

"I can help it. Your like my older sister." I hug her tighter as he holds onto me.

I stopped hugging her and look off into a direction. I start running to the place. It was in the same spot that I made my first transformation. I look at Sola who nods.

I transform but it's different. It's all the colors of my charas. I look down. I had wings, a leather jacket, black jeans, and boots. My hair is in a high ponytail that is beaded into nine different parts.

"One song!" I look behind me to see the others looking at me in awe. I look back at my opponents, there were hundreds of them.

"Angels melody!" I began singing making all of the X eggs purify.

When I turned back, I fainted. I opened my eyes to find me on someone's back. I look down at Kukai. I snuggle into him then he says something that made me want to run away.

"(N-name) I... I don't think I can handle a long distance relationship." I suck in a shaky breath. I get off of him and start running. I entered my house and took my lugage. I ran into the car that drove us to the airport.

As we entered and was about to leave, I was pulled into a hug. I look behind me to see Kukai. I suck in another breath and try not to cry.

"Let me go Kukai." I said quietly.

"(Name). I love you. I don't want you to leave. I don't think I can handle you being gone." I turn to look at him.

"I love you too but... I have to go. I... I'm sorry." I push him away and ran to catch up on my parents.

"Good bye Kukai." I whispered to no one in particular.

A/N: the end sucks I know. I'm gonna make a sequel in the summer. In still gonna make specials on here. I'm sorry guys. I've got school and it's really hard and stressful. I'll tell you guys when I'll make the sequel. Again I'm sorry for this ending. I'll make the sequel good ok?
