Chapter 19

(Reader's POV)

I look down at my outfit. It was cute yet casual. The outfit consisted of a (color) tank to with a (color) cardigan over it. On my legs were black shorts and on my feet are sandals. On my head are a (color) headbands. Hanging on my arm is a beige colored bag which contained my charas.

I run to the door because I heard a knock on the door. I opened it to reveal Kukai. On his upper body was a blue shirt. Hanging off his waist were khakis. On his feet were sandals as well. His bangs were pulled back by a hair clip.

"You look nice." I said and closed the door. I turned back to see him smiling.

"You do too." I grin and take a hold of his hand and walked to the train station.

When we got there, coincidentally we saw Nadeshiko and Amu. They claimed to be going to a book shop. When they saw our hands holding, they started squealing.

"Shh!" I said letting go of Kukai's hand to my disappointment.

"Where are you going?" Nadeshiko asked us with sparkles in his eyes.

"We're going on a date." Kukai answered making me blush and smile while looking away.

"Oh we'll leave you to it then." They left leaving us to stare at their shrinking bodies. We turned and headed to the train.

-skip to amusement park-

We arrived at the amusement park. I looked around while holding Kukai's hand just incase. I look forward and see him looking around. I walk forward and poke his cheek.

"You having fun?" His cheeks were red making me smirk.

"Y-yeah." I giggle and kept walking.

"Oh let's get cotton candy!" I dragged him to the cotton candy and I bought a bag and dragged him away.

We went on rides, jumping from one to the other. We entered the haunted house. I look around grip on Kukai's hand tightening slightly. When there was a person that jumped out, I would squeak slightly an grab onto Kukai's arm. As we saw the exit, someone jumped out and grabbed my arm.

"AHHHH!" I ran as fast as I could to the exit with Kukai in tow.

"Woah that took a lot of time." I look up and see what he was talking about. The sun was now setting.

"Hey let's go on that!" I point to the circle thing that brings you to the top slowly(forgot what it's called).

We got on it. By the time we were on the top, the sun was completely set. I look at Kukai who was looking at me. I smile and then look him in the eyes then the lips then the eyes again.

I leaned forward and so did he. As it completely got dark, out lips were touching. I wrap my arms around his neck and his around my waist.

"Will you be my girlfriend?" I looked him straight in the eyes.

"Yes." My voice was quiet but he could hear it.

-skip to home-

I look at him and lean up to kiss his cheek. He turned thought so my lips landed on his lips. I grin as he smirks.

"I had fun." I said smile on my face.

"Me too." He said making my smile grow larger.

"G'night Kukai." I said and hugged him.

"G'night (n/n)." I wave as he leaves and walk into the house. When I opened the door, I found my mom looking through the peep hole with dad behind her worry painted on his face.

"Did he?" Mom asked making me smile and nod.

"What did he do?" My dad said shaking my shoulders.

"Nothing dad." I shake him off and went to my room.

-after getting ready to sleep-

I lay in bed thinking about the kiss. I smile and close my eyes not realizing that Muse, Symphony, Score and Sola were still in my bag.

-next day-

I walk out of my home to be met with the grinning face of Kukai. I smiled and held his hand. I then thought about something.

"Hey can we not tell them that we're dating? I don't need anymore attention." I look at him and smile slightly and he shows me a grin and nods.

I take my hand away from his as we entered the school. We entered the royal garden. We waved and sat next to each other.

"So how did your date go?" Nadeshiko asked me smile fully visible.

"It was good." Both me and Kukai said at the same time.

"Hehe." Amu giggled.

"So are you a thing now?" I look at Kukai and he looked back at me. We had a silent agreement.

"Yeah but don't think about it too much." I smiled at them and held Kukai's hand.

-skip to lunch-

"I heard you were dating Kukai." I did a spit take and look at her. I saw her running around with Amu once.

"Where did you here that?" I wipe the water away from my mouth.

"School gossip." I groaned I hate the gossip. In one of them I was apparently working to support my brother because our parents left us. The fuck is that? Am I right?

"That's classified info sorry." I said and kept eating my lunch.

"Aww!" I grin at her and kept eating.
