“Hey, Preston?” I whispered, my confidence suddenly evaporating. He turned to me and smiled.
“Hmm?” The adorable boy hummed. What if he thinks that I’m crazy? What if he hates me for this? What if… All these thoughts buzzed through my head as I prepared to confess my heart to this brunette.
“C-can you meet me in the garden after breakfast?” I stuttered, my mouth failing me. Preston raised an eyebrow.
“Sure!” He answered. I smiled meekly and nodded before walking away and mentally slapping myself across the face.
~TIME SKIPPY PEANUT BUDDER~
I was standing in the garden. I was by myself. I was terrified. What if he doesn’t sho- My thoughts were interrupted by a beautiful brown-eyed specimen named Preston opening the door.
“Hey, Robby! You wanted me to meet ya here?” Preston asked. Sweat ran down my face mercilessly.“Ye-yeah…” I replied. “Look, Preston, I gotta be honest with you… I love you, Preston. I love you with my heart and soul and I don’t know how in the world I’ve lived seventeen years without you in my life. When you smile it feels like the universe came crashing down around me and all that exists now is you and me. When you laugh it sounds like all of Heaven is singing in joy. You’re singularly the most extraordinary thing that’s ever happened to me, and ever since I saw you in my vision, you’ve been my wonderwall. Everything about you is just so perfect, and I know that I don’t deserve you and you’re way out of my league, but I just figured that you should know how much I love you.”
Preston stared at me with tears forming in his eyes, and the moment I thought that I was about to be rejected, he reached up, grabbed the colour of my shirt, pulled me down, and smashed his lips against mine. After I recovered from the shock, I wrapped my arms around his waist and pulled him closer to me, if possible, softly kissing him back. The kiss was so full of love and passion that I just melted into it. Preston released my shirt and wrapped his arms around my neck. We parted for air and I sighed.“I love you too Rob. I love you so much.” Preston whispered, burying his face into my neck. I pressed my lips against the top of his head and rocked us back and forth.
We stayed like that for a while until I got an idea. I sat us both down on the outdoor bench and reached down. Preston looked at me, confused. With my powers, I grew a small blue and orange flower. Smiling, I picked the flower and put it behind my lover’s ear. He smiled at me and blushed.
“Robby…” He mumbled.
“Yes, Love?” I whispered. He looked back up at me and briefly brushed his lips against mine. I took the hint and kissed him softly, brushing my hand through his soft, brown hair. When we parted, Preston looked up at me with a soft blush dusting over his nose.“You’re so cute.” I sighed, kissing the tip of his perfect nose. He grinned softly and hid his blushing face in my neck.
“I love you.” He giggled.
“I love you too,” I uttered.
“HEY GUYS!! TRAININGS GONNA- Oh am I interrupting something?” Jerome asked, bursting through the door.
“Uh… no!” Preston replied, blushing furiously.
“Um. Ok. Training’s gonna start soon.” Jerome informed us before leaving. I laughed and kissed Preston again.
