"Officer." Jungkook ran over to Namjoon.
"We got a noise complaint." Namjoon scanned his flashlight around the area.
"I need you to break the door open. My friend's in there, and I think someone's trying to kill her."
He tried not to sob, but tears eventually escaped his eyes. Namjoon and another officer walked towards the door, using all their force to kick it open. Jungkook's quickly rushed past them and into the house. His face turned pale
"I'm sorry kid."
"You were too late."
Jungkook fell onto his knees, crying next to the dead body of his best friend, Eileen. The officer briefly closed his eyes, not able to bear such a heartbreaking moment.
"Call for an ambulance." Namjoon calmly ordered another officer.
"But sir she's dea—
"It's for the boy, not the girl." Namjoon, wiped his eyes. "Let him have some hope."
