I couldn't stop myself from crying. Why would anyone be so cruel to me? Why? I know I'm a freshman but that doesn't mean he has to treat me like trash.
Then again, why should I care? I don't need his acceptance. I can live and subsist without needing to be with that ugly bunch of jocks. My friends are more than enough. I guess...
"Hey, what are you doing here?" A male voice spoke to me, making me snap out of my thoughts. "This is the boys' restroom."
"What?" I exclaimed, looking around me. There was another boy washing his hands on the washbasin and a pair of male shoes with his pants and boxer down under one of the cubicles. He was probably shitting. "Oh my God!" I stood up quickly and abandoned the place, embarrassed.
When I got out, I saw Mileena with a look of worry on her face, but it disappeared as soon as she saw me. "Sandra! There you are!" She engulfed me into a hug.
"Ugh... Yeah." I managed, trying to escape from her tight grip.
She pulled away. "Look, I'm sorry for-" She then snorted. "What were you doing in the boy's restroom?"
"That doesn't matter." I rolled my eyes. "Just tell me what you were going to say."
"Ok, I'm sorry for what Vyschüshcka and Klinton said. I know I shouldn't have introduced you to them, but I just didn't know that was going to happen. Do you forgive me?" She said giving me a sad puppy face.
I smiled lightly. "Ok, I-"
"YAY!" She chirped before I could finish and engulfed me in another tight hug that almost made my eyes pop out.
"Ok, ok... S-top!"
"Sorry." She said pulling away and smiling brightly.
I fixed my clothes and hair. I caught a glance of Roy and Carlos jogging our direction.
"Did you find her?" Carlos asked as they stood in front of us.
"No, she's talking to an exact replica of Sandra." Roy replied sarcastically, rolling his eyes.
Mileena giggled. "Whatever. Why don't we just forget what happened and go back to being friends again?" She said as she wrapped an arm around Roy and another around me.
I smiled. "And who said we had stopped being friends?"
"Aaaawww! She accepts us!" She drawled. Wait, what did she mean by 'accepts us', though?
"Friendly hug!" Carlos offered, giving us all a hug.
We all hugged each other, our faces so close that it was awkward.
"Um... yay!" I said to break the uncomfortable silence.
"Yay!" They replied in unison like idiots.
We pulled away when the bell rang, indicating the start of classes.
"Oh, we should get to class now!" Mileena chirped as if it was the most exciting thing in the world.
"Yeah." I replied boringly, although it couldn't be that bad... I guess.
"You should look at your schedule to see which classes you'll be attending." Roy said.
"Oh, right." I slid down my backpack and rummaged through it, pulling out my schedule. Mileena snatched it from me, making me look at her confusingly.
"Let me look at it. Maybe we have some classes together!"
"Oh, ok."
She continued reading it, until I saw her eyes widen and she gasped loudly.
"What?" I asked.
"No. It... Can't... Be..." She trailed with her eyes fixed on the paper.
"What?" I asked again. Roy and Carlos walked over to look at my schedule and their eyes widened as well.
"Isn't that where...?" Roy trailed.
"Oh my God!" Carlos exclaimed.
"What?!" I demanded an answer now.
"Sandra..." Mileena finally moved her eyes to look at me. "Your English classroom is A2!"
I gave her another confused look. "...And?"
"That's the same classroom where Klinton Hammerside goes to!"
"WHAT?!"
Just when I thought things couldn't get worse, now I have the same English class with the school's biggest, badass, arrogant, lead of the football team and sexy jock! Why, world? Why?!
