Taeyong and Jaehyun were laying in bed, both asleep. They had both gone to bed early the night before, seeing as they were going to spend the entirety of the next day cleaning. Deciding it would be a good idea to get extra sleep, since they would be up and moving all day, they went to sleep at 10 instead of the usual time of around 12-1 in the morning.

When Jaehyun opened his eyes, he smiled at the sleeping boy next to him, and lifted his hands up to stroke his husbands hair. The older slowly opened his eyes, a smile tugging at his lips when he saw Jaehyun blush a little in embarrassment.

"Oh sorry. Did I wake you?" He asked, still playing with the older's hair. Taeyong smiled, and shook his head slightly.

"No, I was kind of awake anyway but I didn't want to get up just then." He said, and Jaehyun nodded, leaning forward to place a loving kiss on his husbands nose. The older's cheeks turned to a soft rose color, and Jaehyun smiled even wider at that.

"Do you want to eat, then we can clean?" Taeyong broke the small silence that expanded to the rest of the room. Jaehyun nodded, and the both sat up, and made their way to their shared bathroom.

After they both freshened up, they headed downstairs and to the kitchen. Usually, they made breakfast together, so it had become a routine for them. Of course it was what they followed this time as well.

Knowing they had to clean everything that day anyway, they left their dishes in the sink, and got changed into regular clothing. That consisted of sweatpants and a t-shirt for Jaehyun and sweatpants and a tank top for Taeyong.

"Okay, I will start in the kitchen. What are you going to do?" Jaehyun asked, getting clothes and other cleaning supplies from their closet.

"Um.. I will start in the living room and dining room." He replied, taking some things as well. Jaehyun nodded, and set his supplies on the ground for a moment. He wrapped his arms around the other's waist, and pulled him closer to capture his lips in a soft, sweet kiss.

Pulling away, Jaehyun smiled at Taeyong, who was red, but also smiling. They took their supplies and headed to their own spots in the house. After about five minutes, Taeyong was tired of the silence in the house, so he walked over to the speaker system, and plugged in his phone, setting on a random playlist, before going back to his cleaning.

The sudden noise scared Jaehyun, and he dropped the wet rag he was using to clean the stove top. He sighed, but smiled as he picked it up. The silence was bugging him as well.

After a couple hours, the two lovers met each other in the hallway, and decided it was probably a good idea to take a break and eat some lunch. It was already almost 1 o'clock anyway, and they both were hungry from the work they had done.

"We should go to the café down the street since you already did the dishes, and I really want a coffee." Taeyong said, and Jaehyun nodded. They both headed to their shared room, throwing on sweatshirt after washing their hands. They both took their phones and wallets, just in case. Grabbing each other's hand, and locking the door behind them, the couple set their journey to the café, talking about random topics that came to mind.

After they ate and had some coffee, the couple headed back home to clean the rest of their house until they were done and it was spotless.

Taeyong plugged in his phone as soon as they got their, then took of his sweatshirt. Jaehyun took his off as well, and they set back to their cleaning task.

Since Jaehyun was starting to clean the upstairs bathroom that is connected to the master bedroom, he noticed that Taeyong had already been up their, so he went downstairs to the other bathroom. This bathroom Taeyong hadn't gotten to, so he started his adventure once more.

After another several hours of singing, rapping and screaming lyrics through their house, the couple finished cleaning. Their home was so clean, and both boys were happy that they had completed a task that was on their to-do list for a while.

"We should shower. It is getting late, and we have been cleaning all day!" Jaehyun said, making Taeyong nod. They took turns, and once they were done, they laid down on their bed. It was already late, well around 9 o'clock, seeing as it did end up taking a longer time to actually clean every inch of their house.

Neither boy really wanted to eat, but would rather sleep/cuddle, so that is what they did. Jaehyun brought his husband closer to his own chest, wrapping his arms around the older's waist and back. Taeyong snuggled up into Jaehyun's broad chest, and allowed his eyes to flutter shut. Jaehyun's eyes shut as well, the exhaustion taking over his body.

"I love you Hyunnie!" Taeyong mumbled into the youngers chest. Jaehyun smiled at the older's cuteness and his tired voice.

"I love you too Tae!" He kissed the other's forehead, and allowed himself to drift into a tight night's slumber. Taeyong himself drifted into a comforting sleep, still having Jaehyun's arms around him.
