Maybe Jennifer should have kept that in mind.

A once beautiful friendship...
Jennifer's pov. It was finally the first year of university and I was going to be a freshman. It had been a long summer holiday and I was anxious to meet my two dearest friends. Liam and Lucy had been with me from the start, the start of everything I missed them both and couldn't wait for the new year ahead.
I got out of my warm bed that called me back repeatedly and took a warm shower that left me more refreshed than a freshly watered flower. I put on my most chic outfit for the day .

Jennifer: Good morning family!
Alex: It WAS a good morning before you showed up.
Jennifer: well I'm glad to see you too.
Dad (Jacob): And that is why I told you Roxy,it's always a good idea to wake them up at different times.
Mom (Roxanne): I agree, anyways good morning Jenny why don't you sit down and I'll pour you up a hot cup of tea ?
Jennifer: oh that's alright I'll grab something from outside,cause I'm in a rush to meet with Liam and Lucy.
Dad(Jacob): Oh alright make sure to say hi to them for us.
Alex: yeah, especially say hi to Lucy for me.
Jennifer: I'll think about it.
Denford University.
Jennifer's pov. I was more than excited to be joining a prestigious uni such as Denford, sure it sounded like a down graded copy of Bradford University but hey fancy people still went there and not to mention how costly the fees was.
From the gate to the inside of the halls were crowded but my eyes searched for two of the most friendliest faces and alas! I did
Lucy: Hey look there's Jenny.
Liam: Oh yeah , HEY JENNY OVER HERE!
Lucy's pov. As soon as I saw Jennifer I was supposed to feel happy and excited but I felt none of those things in fact I felt self conscious and jealous. It's not that I find myself ugly it's just that Jennifer's always mesmerized everyone from her brown hair to blue eyes. No one felt the same way about my unique ginger red hair , I mean it's something rare that should be appreciated.
Jennifer: Hey guys I'm so glad to see you after so long.
Lucy: yeah......it's great seeing you.
Liam: I couldn't agree more, so how have you been Jenny?
Liam's pov. The second I set my gaze on Jenny I was mesmerized. we've been friends for so long and she always had the same effect on me. If only I had the perfect moment to confess to her.
Jennifer: I've been doing great and you would know that if you would text me.
Liam: Oh come on ,you know I was on vacation.
Lucy: uh why don't we talk about something else?
Jennifer: sure... so what courses are you two taking?
Lucy: I'm taking art and Liam's taken sports.
Liam: Thank you for speaking for me.
Jennifer: Oh that's-
*Ring*
Lucy: Ah the first Bell looks like our first day of uni officially begins.Which means we'll have to catch up later so see you guys around.
Liam: well she's gone.
Jennifer: yeah and we should be going too.
Liam: About that, there's something I need to tell you and if I don't I'll be stuck looking for the perfect time too.
Jennifer: Well we have class right now but it sounds important so please go on BUT make it quick.
Liam: Thank you....anyways I've been meaning to tell you that-
