I settled into my bed, pulling the cover over me. I was about to pass out when my phone buzzed on the side table.

I reluctantly reached over and turned it on. I immediately smiled, seeing Alex's name followed by several emojis. I unlocked my phone and clicked on his name.

This is either really got or just horrible. Its a paragraph. Oh god.

"hey, I know this may sound strange since we have only known each other for a short time but I had to tell you. Ever since you ran me down at the movie theater I couldn't help but fall for you. I think I'm just completely infatuated, with you, the way you talk, the slight dimple in your right cheek when you smile, the way you blush a small gestures. You're just perfect. I contemplated telling you earlier but I didn't want to scare you. So I'm just going to say it, and you don't have to respond or say anything at all back. But kade, I love you."

Oh. He... He LOVES me?? We've known each other for like 2 seconds. How can he love me? Maybe I should tell him I love him too, after all its true. But what if he's lying?? What if he's just confused? Damn it. I have to.

"Really? You really mean that?"

"Absolutely. I fully and completely love you."

"I have to go to sleep but, I'll text you when I wake up?"

"OK, night Alex"

Heh, he loves me. Someone loves ME.

I put my phone down with the biggest smile on my face, but I didn't care. I'm fuckin happy for once. And with that, I fell asleep.
