Let the games begin...

Jisoo sighed

Jin was annoying her since morning

Right now, they are at the library

Jisoo studying for the test and Jin annoying her

“So...remember?” he asked with a smirk

“That exact spot where we kiss--”

“Shut up, SeokJin. I'm studying. I can't be Number 2 again.” Jisoo said and Jin furrowed his eyebrows

He felt how desperate she was for being number 1

“You're so desperate on being number 1. So what if SooJi is one? ” he asked and Jisoo stood up

“For you, it's fine. Because if you're  in number 2 your parents would be so proud of you. But for me, it's a different story. Me and SooJi are different. ” she said, managing to hold her tears

“I hate being a disappointment. I hate being useless. I hate being imperfect. I hate failing. I hate myself....” Jisoo said and left

He was taken aback by her words

Her words were ringing in his mind

“I hate myself....”

He sighed

Her life seems so perfect yet it was the opposite

And he made sure that...

...He'll be at her side whenever she needs someone to talk to...

“Jisoo.....”  she turned around and saw SooJi

“What is it?” Jisoo asked and SooJi gulped

“Can we talk? In private....” Jisoo sighed and walked out, meaning Jisoo and SooJi will talk in private

They are now in the rooftop, talking about what happened

“What?” she asked and SooJi took a deep breath

“Why did you lie about Yeri? You knew Jennie was the one who started it.” SooJi said and Jisoo just chuckled

“Were you there? Did you witnessed your bestfriend being slapped by a tramp? ” Jisoo asked and SooJi gulped

“N-no. But Yeri said--”

“Yeri hurt MY bestfriend. She's brainwashing everyone! Even you!” Jisoo said, trying to trick SooJi

“You're looking at me, SooJi. It's like looking at yourself. Try to look out for Yeri....” Jisoo said and left her there

SooJi sighed

“Why can't I just have a proper relationship with her? Why can't she just accept me?!” SooJi yelled

A tear left her eye

She felt a warm hand in her back...
