Chapter 30:

Sisters comes first before jealousy...

“I don't remember...” Chaeyong says as a tear left her eye

“Don't worry. We reported everything to the police. They'll be investigating...”
Jisoo says and Chaeyong just forced a smile and nodded

“Chae!” A woman suddenly opened the door, yelling Chaeyong's name which made everyone startled

Her Mom...

“Eomma...” Chaeyong whispered and her mom, Mrs. Park, gulped as she looked at Chaeyong's friends

Her mom faked a smile and Chaeyong looked down...

Jimin noticed Chaeyong's sudden mood change...

“You must be Chaeyong's friends. I know you, Kim Jisoo and Kim Jennie. But--ohhh..” her mom cut herself as she saw Park Jimin

“So, it's Park Jimin's friends...” Chaeyong's mom said and Chaeyong rolled her eyes

Everybody noticed Chaeyong rolling her eyes...

“Eomma...why are you here--”

“What do you mean? I'm your eomma. Of course, I would be here. ”

Her mom said, it was clear for Chaeyong that her mother was there only to talk about her business and not about her health

“I'm okay, eomma. Don't need to come here...” She answered with a smile

Everybody was silent, only Chaeyong and her mother was talking

“I would be here for you to take care of you...” her mother said, secretely clenching her fists

“Really? I thought you would be here for business--”

“Park Chaeyong!” her mother yelled, making her flinched

“Excuse me but you don't have to yell at Chaeyong. You maybe or maybe not might talk about business. ” Jisoo says and her mother smiled

“I'm Chaeyong's mother. She's my daughter--”

“Daughter? Really? Why treat her like a toy? ” it wasn't  Jisoo who spoke this time

Park Jimin...

Her mother sighed, trying to calm herself down

“Chae, hun, let's talk. Could you please take them away fron now--”

“No. There my friends...” Chaeyong says with a straight face and this made her mother angry

“For god's sake, Chaeyong! They're using you for money!” Her mother yelled making Chaeyong angry too

“No! You're the one who is using me for money!” Chaeyong yelled

The room was getting tense

“It's better if you go home for now, eomma. ” Chaeyong says, looking away from her mom

“Fine. Let's talk after...” Mrs. Park said, before leaving
