Holding a drink in his hand Arjun had his eyes fixed on a petite frame clad in a yellow top and denim shorts."What are you doing here dude?" Romit asked standing next to him "Everybody's dancing and you are standing here with your "that" face" he aur quoted that.
"What face?" He raised his brow in confusion.
"That face. The one you have when you are making some strategy in field" he chuckled.
Arjun shook his head sipping his drink.
"Wow. Arohi is such a good dancer" Romit commented.
Before Arjun can fathom he was giving a deadly glare to him.
"Relax bro. She is all yours."
He gave a stern nod "Teri Bhabhi Hai"
"Sadly" Romit mischievously winked earning a grunt from Arjun. "Joking" Romit added quickly "now come on let's dance"
"Uh-oh. You guys enjoy. Not in the mood"
"Leave it Romit Yaar. Arjun has turned oldie after marriage" Jai chirped in from behind.
Arjun have him a look.
"See now he is giving us those looks too..Oldie Uncle" Jai winked.
Arohi and Antra too joined them.
"Who is Oldie Uncle? Jai?" Antra asked standing beside him while Arjun and Arohi shared reluctant glances standing afar.
"No one Antra" Arjun beat everyone to reply.
Antra shrugged "anyway guys! Amit is calling everyone for a volleyball match inside pool" She said with excitement.
"Wow! That Amit can come up with cool ideas sometimes" Romit spoke "let's make it Boys vs Girls. It will be fun. We will definitely win" he hi-fived with Jai.
"Oh so you mean we girls can't beat you guys" Arohi was the first one between her and Antra to react.
Romit threw his arm around her "offo! Aru, look around and see number of girls are less than number of boys. Also I know half of the girls here will back out because manicured nail" he chuckled.
"Leave it, Romit. Arohi has habit of over-reacting on things without fully understanding them" Arjun spoke slyly and finished his drink "let's join Amit. Come on guys!"
Arohi stared at Arjun's back pondering first time since their fight that if she really over-reacted.
Well Romit's idea of Girls vs Boys was not accepted because of imbalance in number of both sides.
Arjun and Arohi ended up on same side.
"Romit, I will be center. You cover back" Arjun ordered.
Romit refused "No. I will be center. You can take back"
"All balls will be coming in center only. Last time remember you goofed up all" Arjun reminded him of their last volleyball match.
Romit scoffed "it's been an year Yaar! I have improved a lot. Give me a chance"
"Forget it Romit, Arjun holds his first impressions quite close. No matter how much you prove yourself he will still taunt you at first chance" Arohi commented from side.
Romit gave both of them look and mumbled "I should have switched sides with Amit"
"Arjun, it's ok. You be in center. I will take back"
Arjun Arohi kept hitting into each other trying to get hold of the ball but always resulted in dropping the ball.
"Because of you we are loosing" Arjun rebuked.
