I slam my hand down on the alarm clock to stop the annoying beep, beep, beep. Grabbing my phone, I glance at the time. Time to go to school. I roll out of bed and run to the shower. The warm water felt good on my freezing body. Why was it so cold in here? I finish showering and get dressed, then I run downstairs. Harry and Louis were sitting on the couch and Liam was eating breakfast in the kitchen.

"Well good morning, sunshine." Liam smiles.

"Morning. It's Friday! No more school after today!" I smile and grab some cereal.

"Yay!" He laughs and puts his bowl in the sink.

I hear the bus beep outside. Quickly I rinse out my bowl and say goodbye to the boys, then run to the bus. As usual I get my normal routine of names and papers thrown at me and find my seat at the back of the bus.

"Where'd you get that outfit? A garage sale?" Kennedy laughs and turns up her nose. God how I hated that girl. With her stupid little brown hair, green eyes, and perfect make-up. I bring my legs up to my chest and wait to get to school. When we arrive I walk to my locker and get out the necessary books and homework assignments then I head to Chemistry.

"Bethanie! Bethanie!" Katie waves at me from our table. Katie was one of my only friends at this school and I couldn't ask for anyone better. Except for Luke, he was like my brother.

"Hi Katie. Thank God it's Friday, right?" I plop my books down on the big black table.

"You said it. Did you finish your homework?" Katie wasn't the smartest person in the world and she didn't usually get her assignments turned in on time either.

"Here." I hand her my paper and pull out my notebook.

"Thanks Beth. I owe you one."

When the bell rings I grab my stuff and start to walk out of class but one of Kennedy's little friends sticks out their foot and I trip and fall.

"Walk much?" He laughs. I glare at him and pick up my stuff then run into the bathroom and close the stall door. I couldn't wait for the school year to be over then I wouldn't have to deal with all of this anymore. I open my bag and pull out the single razor blade that I kept in a plastic case. I bring it to my skin and draw a line which draws red, blood. I pull out a bandage and cover it up. Then I hold my head in my hands and cry. I open the powdered make up compact and cover my wrists with it to cover up my wounds as well as I can. I walk out of the bathroom and face the rest of the day.
