We Want a Normal Life (BTS Hybrid X Reader)

Chapter 1

Running.

Running was the only thing they knew how to do.

Ever since they escaped, they were looking for places to hide. But everytime they did, they would soon be found again.

They didn't want to be taken back to that dreadful building. They didn't want to be experimented on anymore.

They just wanted to go... Home.

But there was no such place like that for them. They didn't have a place to call home. But as long as they were together, then they were home.

What they wanted was a proper shelter, not a box. They wanted proper meals, not scraps. Unfortunately, that was also something out of their reach.

Currently, three dogs, three cats, and one bunny were running away from a man who was chasing them for stealing some meat and a carrot or two from the store. They were starving, and they wanted something decent to eat, but they couldn't exactly pay for anything seeing as they were just animals.

"You stupid animals! Stay away from my store!" The man yelled, finally tired of chasing them away. The animals continued to run on the familiar path towards their "shelter" and away from the people's sight. Once they were deep inside the alley, they dropped their food and caught their breath.

"That was close." Said the German Shepherd, slightly panting.

"Yeah, it was. My fur almost got ruined." Said the Turkish Angora, grooming himself.

"Is that really important right now?" Growled the German Shepherd.

"Yah, it's not everyday you see someone as purr-fect as me!" Hissed the Turkish Angora.

"Will the two of you just shut up and eat already? I'm tired." Said the Ragdoll, not wanting to listen to the two bicker anymore.

Eventually, when everyone was finished eating, they went to their usual spots and got ready to sleep for the night. They were hoping that tomorrow would be a better day.
