Once Carlos was out of sight, I turned to look at the three dogs who helped me. When they started walking towards me, I backed up towards the wall again, afraid that they would start attacking me next.
But they weren't growling anymore. Instead, they were looking at me curiously, almost as if making sure I was fine. I also noticed that there were now three cats looking at me as well.
As strange as I thought it was, what caught me really off guard was a small pat on my foot. There, looking at me from the floor, was a small black bunny.
"What on earth..." I whispered to myself, looking at the seven animals that surrounded me. All of them were looking at me, some with their heads tilted.
I looked to see what animals they were, and noticed they were all different.
The dogs: a German Shepherd, a Golden Retriever, and a reddish-brown dog that you didn't know the breed of.
The cats: a white cat, a Ragdoll (you assumed), and a Calico cat.
Then there was the one black bunny in front of me.
I then realized that none of them had tags around their necks. They also didn't look very dirty, but they weren't exactly clean either.
"Uh... Thanks for helping me..." You said, knowing that they wouldn't understand you.
The bunny then stood on it's hind legs, looking up at me.
"Miss, are you alright?"
