Copter peaked at Tee though the cracked open door. He’s never seen P’Tee sick like this. His fever has gone down now, thankfully.
To make everything worse Bas hasn’t come home yet and the brat doesn’t answer his phone or reply to Copter’s messages.
He walked up and down the living room. If P’Tee is awake then he would have scolded me for thinking too much. Copter contemplated.
Just then a knock came from the door.
Copter went hurriedly to the door. Why the hell is this kid knocking? Has he forgotten the key? Copter opened the door with a scowl.

P’Tae, the owner of the gym is smiling at him at the door.
“Hello, I’m Tae from the gym?” He smiled down at Copter.
“Hello P?” Copter smiled back curiously.
“Is Tee in?” Your Nong Bas said he’s not well?” Tae asked politely.
“Oh he’s in the room.” Copter said, thinking how deep Tee's friendship with Tae, to come and pay a visit just because he’s sick? “He had a fever earlier, but now it has gone down.” Copter added.
“Can I talk to him for a minute?” Tae asked bit awkwardly.
“Uh…. I don’t know if he’s awake?” Copter gave a strange look. What the fuck is going on? P’Tae is being bit persistent. “Come in, P’Tae.” He opened the door wider nevertheless. “That’s his room.” Copter pointed Tee's room.

“Thank you Nong Copter, I won’t disturb him if he’s asleep.” P’Tae smiled gratefully. “Oh this is for you.” He suddenly thrust a cardboard takeaway box at Copter’s hand. “It’s from Kimmon.” He explained when Copter took it with a confused look. “I’ll just go have a few words with Tee.” Tae disappeared inside the door Copter pointed earlier, before he could refuse the box.
“What the fuck!” he cursed silently looking down at the white cardboard box with the logo “Kim’s Cafe” printed at the top. Placing it over the coffee table he stared at it like a time bomb. Why would the tall barista send him treats? Copter thought. Should I open the box? He chewed on his lower lip.
