Bas scrolled through the yesterday’s conversation with P’Godt again and again. He had his phone propped up against the carton of milk, reading while eating his captain crunch.

Last night he didn’t know how long he chat with P’Godt after that incredible phone session. He woke up in the morning drooling on his phone screen. Urrg.. how disgusting.

But now he’s re-reading again and again.

“You’re breakfast is getting soggy.” Bas looked up to find P’Ter sitting in front of him with tired eyes.

“What happened to you?” Bas asked spooning the cold mess into his mouth

“What happened to you?” Bas asked spooning the cold mess into his mouth.

“Nothing….” Copter ruffled his hair and placed one elbow on the breakfast table, cupping his chin in the palm.

“It’s not nothing….. something isn’t right.” Bas watched his P, carefully.

“What’s for breakfast? I’m starving.” Copter stood up with mock enthusiasm like he wanted to avoid the topic.

“The usual. Noodles.” Bas said nonchalantly.

“I’m sick of eating that shit.” Copter spat in disgust.

“Well you never complained before.” Bas eyed his P. “You just had one lunch date with P’Kim and you hate your favorite noodles now?” Bas joked. Copter's face flushed slightly.

“Don’t be ridiculous.” He muttered, slopping back on the dining table chair.

“Maybe if you go to Kim’s cafe now, P’Kim would feed you again.” Bas snorted.

“Just shut up, Nong.” Copter pick the milk box, toppling Bas' phone.

“Hey.” Bas complained. “I was reading something on the phone.”

“Tell me it’s something related to school?” Copter poured a glass full of milk for him before replacing the milk carton.

“Are you kidding?. Why would I ever want to read those nonsense.” Bas rolled his eyes. Copter shook his head at his fickle Nong. “I was reading the thread of conversation with P’Godt last night.” Bas’ eyes turned dreamy.
