Chapter Five: An Unexpected Accidental Kiss

Jekyll's POV 

I was to deep in thought to realize I was about to step on a ball. "Jekyll!" Y/n warned but it was to late. I ended up tumbling down stairs with Y/n with me, I'm glad no one was around to see the embarrassing display. I closed my eyes as I prepared for the final impact of the last stair. Once we did hit it I landed on something, and something warm was on my lips. 'Jekyll open your eyes.' I did as Hyde requested and blush profusely at what I saw. I was straddling Y/n, hunched over with my hands besides his head, but the most embarrassing thing was that I was... kissing him... I was complete bliss, his lips were warm and smooth and tasted like blueberries (I'm sorry if you're allergic to blueberries, please just change it to another berry). After a couple more seconds of enjoying the kiss I pulled away still blushing and helped Y/n up after he getting up myself. We silently made our way to the dining hall.

Time Skip to Jekyll's Office 

"Thank you again for inviting me to have breakfast with you, I'm terribly sorry about the, umm, tumbling down stairs thing (no you ain't!)." I apologize and thanked Y/n. I was still slightly blushing at the memory of me and Y/n accidentally kissing. "Nah, it's ok. Thanks for having breakfast with me." Y/n responded as he turned away to walk to his room or to meet the other lodgers. Once he was out of vision I quickly turned around and shut the door, leaning on it and sliding down slightly. I lightly brushed my lips with my index and middle finger, remembering the kiss me and Y/n shared. I looked up to see huge piles of paper work on my desk. I scowled a bit at this, it was going to take all bloody day and night to finish all of this. I sighed and walk towards my desk, rolling my sleeves up in the process. 

Y/n's POV

I ran all the way to my room, blushing a very dark shade of blue, and once I was in said room I closed my door and slide to the floor, hands over my mouth. Though I may be 32... that was my first kiss... and I shARED IT WITH HENRY FUCKING JEKYLL HOLY BLOODY SHIT! I breathed in and out at a rapid pace and closed my eye. After a while I calmed down, and decided to distract myself by doing some NEO alchemy and singing.

Time Skip to Nighttime and Jekyll's POV

It was late at night and I've only done half of the paper work on my desk. Hyde had tried to distract me many times but got bored and fell asleep. I felt my eyes began to drop and my vision began to blur. 'Just a little nap.' I thought to my self as I felt blissful sleep consume me.

Y/n's POV

Jekyll hasn't been out of his office all day and I'm worried about him. Worried about his wellbeing I decided to check on him. "*knock, knock* Dr. Jekyll are you ok?" I asked through the oak doors that led to his office to only be responded with silence. Worried, I opened the door to see Jekyll slumped over his desk, which was covered in paperwork, asleep. Not knowing what to do, I picked him up which was an easy feet. I took off his shoes, loosened his weird poofy tie thing, and unbuttoned his shirt and vest and placed him on his golden and red sofa. I covered him up with my lab coat. I was about to get up and walk away when a hand grabbed my forearm and pulled me into a chest. I look up to see Jekyll with is chest slightly exposed, hair slightly tousled and was lighted by the moonlight giving him a glowing aura. I blushed profusely and tried to pull away but he had a death grip on me. To tired (and you is enjoying the Jekyll snuggles) I quietly feel asleep, I'm glad I broke off my horns not to long ago ( it's around 1:30 am and you broke your horns off 3 minutes ago.).

Jekyll's POV Time Skip to Morning 

I was holding something warm, I snuggled deeper into whatever I was holding only to hear a... groan? My eyes shot open to see the adorable sleeping face of Y/n. I looked around and saw that he was holding me as I was holding him. I blushed profusely and burrowed my head back into his chest once again, I unconsciously inhaled his sent. He smelled like pine trees and chemicals, it was quite calming. "J-Jekyll?" I looked up and saw a wide eyed Y/n. "Uuuuuuhhhhhhh." I didn't know what to respond so I just quickly responded. I looked down and saw Y/n's vest was undone and his shirt was halfway undone. I looked at myself and saw myself in the same state, and looked back up at Y/n. "We didn't do anything, did we?" I asked worried ( pretty sure you wanted that in chapter two ) "Huh, what? No, we kinda just cuddled." He responded tiredly. He sat up completely and rubbed his eyes quite adorably. I noticed on his shoulders he had weird nubs on them. "Uhhhhhhhhh, Y/n, what are those?" I asked curiously.

Y/n's POV 

'Shit, shit, shiiiiiitttttt!' My horns were growing back! I shot up out of the sofa and ran like no tomorrow to room. That was way to close. I can't risk it like that again.
