[Nico's POV]

Percy joined us in the Great Hall three days after waking up. They were in a floating chair because with Madame Pomfrey watching, we hadn't been able to heal their legs. Maybe when we got to camp- if we were even going.

"As you can see, Mx. Jackson has rejoined us." McGonagall said. "Now, I remind everyone who is staying that they have to sign up with your Head of House before this evening. Enjoy your meal." I leaned over to Will.

"We're still going back to camp, right?"

"Yeah, but we're not taking the train. How many can you and Hazel shadowtravel?"

"All of us, with Reyna's strength. Is Reyna coming with us?"

"Yeah. I think she, Frank, Hazel, Jason, and Piper are going to New Rome at some point, but they want to stay and see what we can do for Percy. The breaks are healing cleanly enough, now that they're set. I'm going to see if we can regrow their bones- that might help."

"Regrow them?"

"Yeah. Madame Pomfrey didn't want to vanish his bones for some reason. She didn't even suggest it. I think I'm going to, tonight. I have access to Skelegro and now that I know about it I can fix them up. I hope."

"Do you think it's a better option than water?" Jason leaned over to ask.

"WIll it be more effective healing the bone? Yes. With the possible nerve and muscle damage from the severity of the breaks? No. We'll still need the water for that." Will answered.

"Okay. Does Percy know about this plan of yours?"

"Not yet. I'll get their okay, first, and tomorrow we'll be at camp and able to fix this."

"Percy!" Will and I caught them just outside the Great Hall. "I have an idea. We'd have to wait until tonight, but here's the plan." Will explained as we headed deeper into the castle. I tuned it out until Percy started asking questions.

"So we'd just get rid of the bones in my legs entirely?"

"For one night, yeah."

"It sounds better than rebreaking them. Any chance that we can use ambrosia and nectar on the nerve damage?"

"I was going to try putting you in the lake at camp," Will admitted. "It usually works for you. Even if we have no proof it would work on something this severe, it's no secret you're Poseidon's favorite. Times like this I really wish Dad hadn't gotten turned human." Percy shrugged.

"What are the chances he'd end up being forbidden to help anyway?"

"Good point. We need to get class, but I'll see you later."

"See you, Will, Nico."

"You ready for Herbology?" Will asked. I groaned. It wasn't my best subject.

"Are you ready to teach?" I asked.

"Sure. Do you think I could convince Percy to take a healing internship with me?"

"Probably not. They're busy enough already."

"Good point."

"Why don't you ask some of the others? Draco would take one, you know."

"He already has. He finished, last year, during the war. This final year of schooling is just a formality for him. And so he can be with Harry, of course." Will answered. I hadn't known they talked that much.

"Piper or Hazel might take one, Frank would too," I said.

"Yeah, they would. I just... I don't know. It'd have to be back at camp, though, starting from scratch. I don't know if Madame Pomfrey would take them on after break."
