"There's so much good to come, all you need to do is the simplest thing: wait."

Time passed quicker than I thought it would. It's like fate just wanted me to be out of L.A!

Tomorrow I was leaving everything I worked for behind! Unbelievable!

I sat on the floor with my clothes around me or more like around the whole room. I had quite a lot of clothes.

"You're going to be dealing with a handful when you're leaving kiddo."

I snapped my head around to see my Dad standing in the doorway. The thoughts of leaving him, this amazing father alone just shattered my heart to pieces.

Tears welled up in my eyes and before I even realized, they were racing down my cheeks.

Dad wrapped his arms around me in a hug.

"I'm going to miss you so much. I'll message you everyday even call you." I said.

He chuckled, "Of course I will too. Now do you need help with the rest of the stuff?" He asked.

I nodded my head, "There's quite a lot as you can see."

Soon enough we were all done and I ate dinner with Dad. I made sure to hang out with all my friends, go to all my favourite places and eat Dad's cookies he liked to bake.

I then found myself in bed, drifting off to sleep thinking about how the next day will be very intense.

8:29 AM

My alarm blared around my room from my phone causing me to shoot up from my posititon.

Today's the day I thought to myself, I'm leaving home. To move to a new home.

I rolled out of bed, going over my schedule for today; my flight is at 10:55PM so I have a lot of hours to kill.

I've packed everything so all my suitcases are ready and my outfit to leave is ready.

I also have some quick shopping to do then I can cry or watch movies and spend time with Dad.

I went to the bathroom to brush my teeth and take a shower.

When I was done, I put on my outfit for the day and put a high ponytail for my hair.

I went downstairs and spotted Dad in the living room watching the news.

"Hey."

He turned around at the sound of my voice and smiled.

"Morning kiddo, how was your sleep?" He asked.

"Surprisingly I slept well. What about you?" I asked as I approached him and sat down next to him on the couch.

"Well it was sort of hard, knowing that today was your last day here in L.A."

I sighed as Dad ran a hand down his face," Things are going to be very different for you. But you'll love it there. Things won't be like how they were before, you'll be okay."

We kept silent for a moment just watching the news.

"I'm going to make breakfast." I quickly said getting up from my seating position.

"I already ate when I went out earlier to buy some groceries."

"When was that? It's turning 9 in the morning soon who has time to go grocery shopping before that?"

He just shrugged and I went to the kitchen to make something with Nutella.

I'm obssesed with Nutella. How can you not be?

I grabbed the jar of Nutella and the Nutella bread sticks.

And me being lazy, I decided that was my breakfast and rushed upstairs.

8:55PM

Time was going awfully quick. Too quick for my liking.

I spent the day with Dad and now I was just bringing my suitcases downstairs.

"Need any help?" He asked.

I shook my head.

"I'm going to miss you Dad." He chuckled.

"I know you told me about 1000 times today."

"Because it's true."

"Alright, let me go make something to eat then we'll call your Mom." He said and started walking away.

"Why do we need to call Mom?"

"Because she wants to speak with you." He replied from the kitchen.

9:25PM

I sat in the passenger's seat and looked at Dad.

He gave me a sad smile and got out of the car to help me get my luggage out.

I followed after him and thanked him.

He gave me hug, "I'll miss you so much kiddo. Make sure to call me when you get there."

"Thank you so much Dad, for being such an amazing Dad. I promise to be there for your birthday." I pulled away and he gave me a kiss on my head.

"Be good and respectful and always put a smile on your face." He said.

I nodded my head before giving him one last hug.

I pulled away from him and began to make my way inside the airport building.

I sighed and convinced myself that everything would be okay just like Dad said.

Keep smile on my face.
