Seth POV
"Catharine, would you mind if I came in?"
The door slowly opens, Catharine peers up at me, crunched in a corner, with red cheeks and puffy eyes.
"I'm sorry, I really appreciate you taking me in, I'm just such an emotional wreck right now."
"Well it's nice to meet you emotional wreck! I'm Seth!"
"Seriously a dad joke?" Cathy giggles in between sniffles.
"Hey, It's no problem taking you in, but it's gonna cost you."
"Cost me?"
"Well yeah! You think I'm just going to let you live here for free? Damn freeloader! If you want to stay here you have to help me decorate for Christmas."
"Fine! But on one condition, my friend Wynter and I had a special Christmas tradition, and you must adhere by it, you can't decorate a Christmas tree without doing an Irish dance first."
"An Irish dance?"
"Yes, because one year Wynter got drunk and did an Irish dance, and he got so into it that he landed on the Christmas tree, and it was an outright fiasco, but we all laughed so hard, that we made the Irish dance an annual tradition."
"Fine, you have to teach me how though."
So here I am, being dragged my a tiny blonde girl into my living room, to act like a fool.
"Do you have Spotify?"
"Here we go, you're gonna taint my Spotify with your weird music."
She giggles and then pulls up this obnoxious yet catchy song called all for my grog, and pulls me in to do the dumbest dance I've ever seen.
"Ok Seth hands on your hips, cross your foot and then extend it, do it on both sides! Now extend both feet! Now do your own thing! Feel the music! Feel it!"
I dance around the living room with her, feeling silly at first, but then joyful, I haven't laughed like this in a long time, and as she giggles and twirls, I realize that I may kind of like this girl.
At first I was uneasy to save her, I mean, I watch humans die daily, it definitely makes you lose sympathy, but she is magnetic!
And if she's a feeder, I can be with her forever.
So here I go, dancing the day away with an all out goddess!
