chapter 10

we have been dancing since 7:30 am and its only 1:45 and we only know 7 dances. we have 2 more left before tonight. The worst part is that im struggling with the Never be the Same dance, we only have 3 more hours to learn the dance and by tomorow night and Camila needs a whole new dance for " She Loves Control" because does not like it and we all hate it.

We all have a break for lunch. I was to nervous to eat, but everyone else was eatting pizza.

we only had a 20 min lunch break, so I sat at a table alone, and put in my hedphones , and listen to whatever as on my playlist.

Not even 5 songs in somone tapped on my shoulder, " what are you  listening to?" Shawn was looking down at me and smiling.

I pasued the music, " what Shawn?"

he reapted him self.

I did not answer.

He smiled took my phone out of my hands.

" Shawn! Give it now!"

He smiled, " I just wanted to see who you wear listen to." insted of fighing with him I just took a seat.

He handed me my phone, " In My blood eh?" he was smiling with a cute ridiculous smile.

" yes Shawn. I am listening to In My Blood because it helps me calm down because I am freaking out  about tonight's show, And I still have 3 more dances to learn, so sorry I'm listening to your song." I just wanted to scream. I don't know how Im going to handle tonight's show. I really need Little Gilbert he would know what to do.

Shawn put his hands on my both of my shoulders, and whipser in my ear, " its okay Kendall.  Just calm down, everything is going to be fine. I just closed my eyes and sat there for a couple seconds just taking deep breaths.

It felt like I was a icy winter day, and his touch was the scorching hot sun, melting me.

I realized Shawn was still holding me, and making me feel better.

I jumped up, " I have to go." I ran to the stage where we were practining.

I called Little Gilbert.

" hey Kendall.  How are You?"

" I miss you and lacrosse and just performing in my bedroom. i'm about to perform in front of about 15,000 people in 3 hours!"

he just laughed at me, " and we miss you to, but everyone  needs to see your amazing singing and dancing skills."

" thats the thing Gilbert I can't memorize one of the main dances"

" breath okay. Tonight is only the first show, people will understand. Just practice before you go on and before tomorrow's show. Now I have to go, Damon is outside. Bye!"

I hung up. I took a deep breath, and waitied for the others.

Just in a few mintues, they all came back.

Cmaila started talking, " okay so we still have to learn the Inside out dance break, but that one is pretty short and In The Dark."

she added, " in about an hour, we are having other people coming here for sound check, so we have to be out, and we are doing dress rehearsal ( but with actual cloths)

We learned the dances pretty quickly. I was still so nervous about the Never Be the same dance, but I just talked to Camila and she understood, so she helped me out and I have it down now, but I was still nervous.

well let's see how tonight goes!
