Glee Club

As I stood in front the glee club, I see Britt and Tana smiling at me with thumbs up. Santana wanted me to audition so there was someone who could translate for her when she spoke in spanish, plus I love to sing. I was going to be singing Despacito by Luis Fonsi & Daddy Yankee ft. Justin Bieber with the help of Britt, Santana and Mike is dancing.

"Wow! Congrats Erin! Welcome to the New Directions." Mr. Shue said walking up to Britt, Santana, Mike, and I.

"Thanks Mr. Shue! Of course, Thank you Mike, Brittany, and Santana." I said to my three best friends.

"Santana, Have you introduced Erin the rest of the glee club?" Mr. Shue asked my cousin.

"No I didn't have to, Erin knew them before." Santana told Mr. Shue.

"What?" Mr. Shue asked confused.

"I used to live in Lima but my mom, little sister and I moved when my mom found out my 'father' had an affair." I said and Santana gave me a hug knowing it was a touchy subject for me.

"Oh, well...umm..." Mike stumbled on words to say to break the awkward silence that followed. 

"Hey! What'd I miss?" A guy with mohawk said walking into the choir room. He looked familiar but I don't know how. 

"Puck! I want to meet Erin Lopez, Santana's cousin." Mr. Shue said.

"Hey Cutie." 'Puck' said to me with smirk.

"Hello womanizer." I said with the same smirk. Two can play that game.

"Wow, you really are a Lopez." Puck said.

"Yep and I fight like one too." I replied.

"Buttchin I need to talk to you." Couch Sylvester said. Mr. Shue walked out with Sue.

"So... Erin wanna sing another song?" Britt asked me.

"Sure." I replied with smile.

I started singing God, Your Mama, and Me by Florida Georgia Line ft. The Backstreet Boys. Santana and Britt soon join in singing.

"Wow, That's my BEST FRIEND!" Mike yelled and hugged me, making me laugh causing everyone else laugh besides Puck.

"Okay guys, let's get on with the lesson." Mr. Shue said walking in the choir room.

"Hey Erin, you wanna sit with Tina and I?" Mike asked me.

"Sure!" I said happily.

Mike and I sat down by Tina. Mr. Shue started the lesson. We have to put together a group of 4 and perform a song.

"Santana, do you wanna be in my group?" I asked.

"Sorry Erin, I'm with Britt, Quinn, and Mercedes." Santana said.

"Oh. Okay." I said.

"Hey Erin, join us." Mike said pulling me towards Puck and Finn.
