I rushed around trying to get ready for shopping. I had no idea what to wear. All of my clothes were slutty and not really appropriate for shopping. Maybe I should buy some more clothes while I'm out.

I still could not decide what shirt I wanted. I wasn't sure if I wanted the pale blue one or a plain white one.

I heard footsteps come up the stairs and a voice echoed through the door, "Katie! There's someone at the door!"
"Who's here?" I called back as I squeezed into my black high waisted jeans.
"Blake?" Mum replied. She sounded confused and her voice got higher as she finished saying 'Blake'.
"Oh! Tell him to come inside then. Just let him know that I'm getting dressed."

I pulled out an old flannel from the back of my closet. It was a black and grey one that was surprisingly thick. I decided that I wanted to wear the pale blue shirt to help it pop from the darker clothes on top. I threw it over my head and then quickly put on my flannel.

Soon enough there was a knock at my door. "I'm coming!" I called as I put my converse on.

Instead of waiting Blake opened the door and walked in.
"Blake!" I scolded, "I could have been naked for all you know!"
"Yeah? And? It's not like I haven't seen it." He grumbled to himself. Even though he was right, I still felt offended. It had been a long time since we had seen each other naked, and I was with Alec now.

"Still, you have no right to just walk in. What if I was putting in a tampon?" I replied angrily as I stood up.
"Um? Don't even bring that up..." he squished his face up and groaned.
"Well it's the truth."
"So what? I don't need to hear it."
"Can we go now?" I asked grabbing my handbag.
"Do you have condoms in that bag?" He asked.
"Why?!" I asked.
"Just answer the question." He rolled his eyes in annoyance.
"Yes, I haven't taken them out." I replied.
"There's your answer." He replied.
"What?" I questioned. We stood in silence for a while before I understood what he meant. It was like he knew I had condoms and that's why he asked. So that I would say yes and answer my own question.
"Oh never-mind, I got it."
"Come on then," he said, "let's go."

I followed him out of my room and down the stairs. Blake walked outside, and I was just about to follow him until mum grabbed my arm. I turned around and faced her. "What do you want?" I asked quite angrily.
"I thought you and Blake didn't talk to each other anymore." She replied.
"We worked it out." I stated blandly. I really didn't want her to know anything about our relationship.
"You guys have been fighting for over two years. How can you forgive someone that easily?"
"He was like a brother to me. It's easy." I said trying to keep it as simple as I could. I really did not have a great relationship with my mother.
"Alright," mum replied letting go of my arm, "have fun now."
"I will." I replied with a smile as I run out the door. I heard it slam behind me as I ran towards the car.

I noticed someone was already sitting next to Blake. I got into the back, and I saw Luke was next to me. Adam was in the front. The car smelt of marijuana and teenage boy.

I put my seatbelt on and Blake started driving. "Adam you stink." I said.
"Yeah, I know." He replied.
"Have you been smoking again?" I asked.
"I had one bong," he replied, "I'm not high, okay? I only smell of the shit because my friends had fucking fifty."
"Fifty? Isn't that a bit much?"
"Okay, so maybe I over estimated," he replied, "but I swear to god they had heaps."
"Yeah, yeah."
"Adam you're such a lair," Luke laughed, "you had more then one."
"I did not!" Adam yelled offensively.
"You always do." Luke replied.
"And how would you know?" I asked.
"He tells me." Luke replied with a giggle.
"I only had one this time!" Adam yelled, "the only reason the car actually smells is because Blake and I hotboxed it last week, okay?"
"Would you guys shut the fuck up?" Blake said angrily, "I'm trying to fucking drive here."
"It's okay Adam. I believe you." I replied putting my head on the edge of his chair. "Fuck that smells." I cursed as I leant back in my seat.
"If you think that smells bad, then try sitting there with the fucking pot heads."
"You can't talk! You're a pot head too." Luke said.

When we got there, I picked up my bag and got out of the car. Then we met up with Alec at the food court. "Alec!" I called and ran towards him, hug-tackling him. He hugged me back only for ten seconds, then he let go and I reluctantly let him go.

"Looks like someone's happy to see you." Blake smirked.
"Fuck you." I replied.
"Geez Katie, settle down." Alec said.
"I'm sorry." I replied.
"So what's it like being loved?" Adam asked teased, nudging Alec with his elbow.
"It's nice." Alec replied calmly. He looked down towards the ground and smirked afterwards.
"Fuck all of you." I said I remarked in a playful manner.
"I'd rather not." Blake replied with a cheeky smile.
"Yeah I agree with Blake." Adam said with a snicker.
"I hate you." I said.
"No you don't." Blake replied pushing me a little bit.
"Yeah, yeah. I know."
"Haha!" He fake laughed, "I win again! How many times is that?"
"Not many." I replied.
"I believe it's sixty nine."
"Sixty nine? That's not sus at all."
"Shut up you."
"Nah." I replied.
"I'm hungry!" Adam whined.
"See? This is why you don't smoke pot. It makes you hungry." Luke said.
"Fucking shut up!" Adam whisper-yelled, "if you're gonna talk about it, call it Mary Jane."
"What a wonderful code name." I replied rolling my eyes.
"People do know what that means, Adam." A random voice said. Adam turned around to look at the familiar but unfamiliar voice.

"Oii! James buddy! I missed you!" Adam replied.
"You only missed me because you can't smoke my weed when I'm gone." James replied with a chuckle. James had brown hair, and blue eyes. He was wearing a green shirt, how ironic? And jeans, with his stupid red beanie that he always had on.

"Nah mate." Adam said.
"Alright. I'll believe you."
"Gay." Blake coughed.
"Shut up you." James replied pushing him. He ran into me a little and I just shoved him back. "She's a feisty one," James commented, "who's is she?"
"She's mine." Alec replied. I smiled at him. "Like 'em feisty do ya?" James asked.
"Yes." Alec replied simply.
"So James," Blake started, "did you bring  anything special?"
"No. But I have some beer in the car." He replied.
"What?!" I practically yelled.
"Shhhhh!" All five boys scolded.
"I'm sorry, geez." I replied.
"You act as if you've never had beer before." James stated.
"I've had it before," I replied, "it's just I've never been with someone who has it in their car."
"Oh, alright." He replied.
"James is the local dealer." Luke said.
"Local drug dealer?" I asked.
"Nope," Luke said, "well yes, but he doesn't just sell drugs. He sells alcoholic drinks as well."
"Alright."
"Yeah!" James yelled.

We all sat down at a table, and James went and bought chips for us all to share. He bought each of us a drink, and then he sat down next to me. Alec was on the other side of me. I had placed my bag on the table in front of me. I don't know why, but I had.

"So what is your name?" James asked.
"Katie." I replied.
"And what do you do?" James asked.
"Nothing." I replied.
"So you don't have a job, or an illegal one?"
"No, I don't."
"So you just sit at home?"
"No, I don't just sit at home. I do have friends and a social life."
"Settle down." James replied holding his arms up as if to surrender.

I just looked at him, then grabbed a chip and ate it. Alec looked at me, and my eyes darted towards his arm that was closest to me. The makeup was staying on today.

I shifted my weight on my seat, then I took a sip of my drink. James had gotten everyone a coke, I didn't really like coke, but I wasn't going to complain.

"Um? Guys?" I started, "I'm just gonna go to the toilet."
