My parents had forced me to go to school on Thursday. I didn't want to, but I had to. Mum said it would be good for me to see everyone instead of wallowing away in my sorrow. Adam and Luke were quieter then usaul. Instead of being boys they were like small little puppies in the corner of the room who had been beaten for no reason at all. She was right actually, for once. The only problem with going to school was that my so called "friends" didn't want to talk to me anymore because I was seeing Alec. They were extermely jealous, although they wouldn't admit it.

So at lunch I sat down at the oval watching the boys play touch. No one was really playing it, they were basically just sitting around on the grass occasionally kicking the ball or throwing it to one another. It was sad seeing them like that. They were usaully full of life. But today was nobodies day. Today also wasn't the day for sorrow. Blake didn't want us to be sad, he wanted us to be happy. I wanted us all to be happy. Seeing them play had always made me feel happy, but they weren't playing and that only made me realize my own sorrow.

I got up and ran down to the oval. Alec walked up to me. "I think you should go." He said.
"Why?" I asked.
"The boys only want to be with other boys." Alec replied. Adam and Luke had joined us. Adam on Alec's left and Luke on Alec's right.
"Katie please. They are all going through a tough time." Adam said.
"I know. I am too. I know how they are feeling." I replied.
"Yes you may know," Luke replied, "But they don't, so leave them be. and at the moment, I don't think they wanna know."

I sighed and noticed Alec had gotten his phone out. He starred at it with wide eyes. "We need to go," He said, "Now!"

The three boys walled over to the ag farm, jumped the gate and walked straight down to the very back of the farm. I followed them. "Where are we going?" I asked.
"We are going nowhere," Alec replied, "Stay here."
"But Alec.."
"They have Nessie, okay?" Alec said suddenly, "They are threatening to kill her."
"Who are?" I asked.
"There's no time to explain," Alec replied, "If you really want to know, then come with us. But I'm warning you now, it's going to be dangerous."

The boys jumped another fence, and we were out of the school. They made me run all the way down to the Cemetery whch was quite a long way. Luke stayed outside of the Cemetery and watched us. I noticed there was three shadowy figures standing near what looked to be Blake's grave. Then I saw Nessie. They had her tied up to a tree. She looked awfully scared on that tree. Her eyes were red from the tears. Her face flushed nd her cheeks wet and most likely sticky from the tears. I stood close to behind Alec and the boys. James had caught up to us. "Glad you could make it." Alec said.
"I wouldn't miss it for the world." James replied.
As we approached them the small one licked his lips, "I smell a soul." He said.
"And that soul you smell is not yous." Alec replied angrily.
"It's not yours either," He grinned, "Your soul smells like wet dog. Hers like roses blooming in the spring."
"You have issues," James spat, "you don't say those things to a human girl who is  already scared enough as it is."

The boy just laughed. "Hand her over!" Alec yelled. The tall one cut all of the ropes that kept Nessie's ams and her legs restricted, then left her to try and scramble over to Alec and I, which she still couldn't do because her leg was restricted by a chain that was tied around her leg. Nessie cried when she fell on her face because thought she was free.

I noticed James moving his fingers ever so slightly, and a vine growing into the lock around Nessie's leg. The lock unlocked and Nessie smiled. She sat there for a moment then ran towards Alec. She hugged him tightly. "Go find Ivy and stay with her," Alec told her, "Ivy should be at the house."
"Okay." Nessie replied.
"You! Pot grower!" The fat boy yelled, "why would you do this?"
"Because she doesn't deserve to get hurt." James replied.

The three boys hissed at us and ran towards us. "Go!" Alec yelled. I turned and ran, but as scared as I was I wanted to see what was going on. So I stopped and turned around. Adam lifted his arms up in the air and two big colums of water rushed up biside him. The three boys, or whatever they were had stopped moving, they were just standing still like they were now debating whether or not they should cross into the Cemetery.

James ran his hand along his side and little, pretty pink flowers grew on a small vine. He bent down to pick one up. "Pretty, little flower." He said before blowing it away. The three boys laughed at him and headed towards him. The flower landed on the ground in front of them. It sprouted into a giant venus fly trap plant. It was a rich, dark purple colour, and it's mouth had green gunk dripping out of it. It had quite a big tongue which caught one of the boys and forcefully shoved him in its mouth. The two boys stampered back in fright, and Adam wet one of them in the eyes, limiting their ability to see dramactically. These two acts made just enough time for James to trip one with a vine and for Alec to jump and morph into a wolf. He changed into a wolf. He changed into a wolf. Oh my god. He was a wolf. My head screamed at me. All of these boys weren't normal. He ran after the fat one pinning hm to the ground.

The tall guy came after me. I was still in shock. I couldn't move. Suddenly I was pulled into someone's chest in a forceful embrace. Big white wings with dark blue tips were sheltering me. I looked up, only to see that it was Luke. I smiled. "Thank you." I whispered as I felt myself fall unconsious.
