How can I give in to her love, while I have no love left in me to any other woman?

I really don't understand myself, how can she be that important to me, I barely survived the past two weeks without her by my side;

I looked into Alec's eyes, they had tears in them but nod sad tears, but tears of hope, I know he is thinking days and nights about Kate, but he really has to be strong, she might die leaving him alone, Oh God! I want her to live too, to have babies and well just her next to me will be great,

I put my hand on his shoulder and smiled

"She will live mom", he said with believe in his eyes "I am sure she will"

I just nodded, trying to avoid my tears

First day after the vacation;
