Miku Tails

Chapter 22

- Author Chan has to go back and re read her own work just to see where she left off at xD - ( So hey guys sorry i haven't updated this story for about 1 or 2 months? Writers block has been really bad and hard to deal with and i'm currently thinking if this book should continue. ( volume wise ) There's a special ending after this chapter ^^ So enjoy)

MIku and Kurama stood face to face, locking eye's. Miku with a serious look and Kurama with a smirk plastered all over his face. The wind blew, sweeping dead leafs around the ground in front of them.  A single blue flower petal slowly fluttered to the ground, the tension growing. As soon as the single petal touched the ground, the sound of clashing weapons, explosions and magic chanting began. Kurama was took be surprised on how focused the girl was, And how she even was keeping up with his pace. Her piercing blue eyes seemed to forcefully look through his own soul as the girl kept firing blast after blast at the male. 

( " For a human she's strong... But not strong enough. Just look at how she;s keeping herself wide open. ") Kurama went to go kick at Miku's side, But she blocked the attack with water, pushing him back. 

The battle continued for over and hour, both Miku and Kurama tired but showing no signs of stopping the fight. MIku stayed crouched on the ground panting, her hair and eye's losing there blue color. Adrian in her subconses ( idk how to spell the word)  was exhausted, panting from how much Water magic Miku had used. 

(" MIku your using too much of my power. ")

Miku: I'm sorry - pant - He's too fast. I have to keep up with him somehow!

Adrian: (" I know but you need to balance my energy okay?)

Miku got up off her feet swaying and charged at Kurama again to attack him but got cut off guard by a large fire ball that shot down right in front of her, causing Miku to fly into the air, hit the ground hard and roll at a high speed rate. Kurama shot another fire ball at Miku's rolling body,  causing Miku to fly high in the air again, breaking apart both Miku and Adrian,  Adrian into the wall of the temple and Miku into the motte of water. 

Miku's entire body was numb, she couldn't move any of her limbs. She had cuts all down her legs and arms and her school uniform ruined by the impact of the blast. Miku coughed up blood or so it looked like it trying to move. She then saw Kurama walking towards her, sword hung over his shoulder and a sinister smirk on his face. Miku tried moving, sitting up or crawling but her body wouldn't listen to her in the slightest. 

" Awww, i thought the human was all tough and bad. But you got beat by the person you swore you'd win against. Too bad. hopefully your pathetic dragon's will find a stronger princess to save this cursed world." 

Kurama  held his sword above his head, ready to finish Miku off when the sky shot down purple colored lighting at everyone, making a bone piercing sound.
