Miku Tails

Chapter Nine

Miku sat in here room, packing a bag full of clothes and underwear. She was prepared to go all out to be able to control water but wasn't sure that it is possible.

-Flash back- 

" Meet me outside in your back yard at five. don't worry your mother will never know that you left. " 

-End of flash back - 

Miku zipped her bag pack and set it on her bed. Miku started to fumble for the small purple vial in her pocket. It was some sort of magic that was supposed to alter her mothers mind or in Adrian's words, put her to sleep. She didn't want to drug her mother, but she didn't want to her mother to know that there's a huge hole in the ground and it might destroy the world. Miku grabbed her bag and sneaked down stairs into the living room were she found her mother in the kitchen cooking dinner. " Hi sweetheart how was your day?" Miku just shrugged " It was an okay day" miku slowly started to open the vial. " Well thats good, i'm making your favorite, chicken and noodles". The guilt of putting her mom in a spell was hitting her hard. " I know how much you like food so ", her mom handed her a  huge container of chicken and noodles. Miku thanked her and grabbed the container. miku quickly threw the open vial at her mom. For a minute she glowed purple, then her mom yawned and told her that she was going to bed early and that she was going to leave the rest of the noodles in the stove. Miku sighed when she heard her mom's bedroom door shut and she instantly started snoring. That's when Miku slipped out the door and walked outside to the back yard. She saw Adrian standing outside messing with a leaf. He turned to look at her and smiled. " Are you ready?" Miku nodded and Adrian started walking into the direction of the huge hole. The walk was at least ten minutes long deep in the forest. That's when they came to the huge hole " You need to let me go first, there's monsters hiding somewhere inside the portal. " Adrain flashed for an instant, then he jumped down in the hole. Miku took a deep breath and jumped down, while she was falling she notice water following her down. She also heard hissing and strange groaning. Finally, it felt like hours of falling she finally broke through the surface. Miku saw the castles and the villages. It made her smile. She notice when she was falling she saw Adrain for at least an instant until he explode all of a sudden. There was a huge white cloud until she saw a long, blue tail slither out of  the cloud. Adrain had turned into a huge blue shining dragon. Even through his hair was black or red, She didn't pay much attention but the look of his scales was most beautiful. Adrain flew right below her and she landed on him with a soft thud. " Sorry, it takes a while to turn back to my dragon form."  Adrian's usually nice soft voice was very deep and sounded demonic at least. Adrian flew down to the ground and landed softly and crouch down for Miku to get off. " I'm sorry my queen but i don't have money for a inn. I hope you wont be mad if you just slept on me." Miku shrugged at him. Miku blindly went and changed out of her school uniform into her pj's and went over and laid against Adrian, who curled his whole body around her to keep her warm. " How can one person trust her so much?
